Palace Inn Blue Baytown

I have stayed here twice. It is affordable and clean. The rooms have an updated look and are hard wood floors, so no mystery stained carpets. A/C was cold. The room has a mini fridge and microwave. It is perfect for a place to sleep while on a business trip.

If I can give 0 stars I would but it only allows 1 star I stayed there for 3 days with my family I had some friends come over to visit at like 6:30 pm and the guy at the front said visitors are not allowed like if it’s a prison or something I asked the maid for an extra roll of toilet paper and she rolled her eyes at me and told me that she gave another guest a roll already but why would that even matter it’s another guest that has nothing to do with me she had a very bad attitude and she never serviced our room and didn’t give toilet paper I had to walk to the store to buy some the room is non smoking and smells like cigarettes I don’t smoke and they tried to blame me for it and tried to give me a fine I guess it’s a way for them to get extra money the guy at the front just a very bad attitude like almost racist against me very horrible experience WiFi didn’t work no remote control to the tv I would have left but I was paid for 3 days and they would not refund me my money if you go outside your room you will see people asking for money prostitutes walking around I keep my daughter inside at all times the hotel looks good to the eye when you arrive but once you stay you won’t know how to get out of there quick enough I don’t recommend this hotel the staff is rude over priced just not a good place

The hotel was nice and cozy ! No hot breakfast! We switched rooms for a jacuzzi room. It was two doors down. As we switched we forgot our brand new high shoes not even 5 mins in the other room and the workers was laughing. I’m like what yall laughing for. ? They said nothing. Come to find out they STOLE OUR SHOES ! Told the manager an all he said was ok !! I’m never coming back. The housekeepers loves to steal. So BE CAREFUL MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL YOUR STUFF BEFORE YOU LEAVE

I will definitely be staying here when I go to Baytown. Really nice people. Was only $340 for a week. The rooms were amazing. Also they're Ethernet port on the wall ACTUALLY WORKS. Most hotels I stay at have the port but it never works. There's actually does. Would highly recommend.

These low life owners and folks are racist. On they website they are showing they have a room with three big beds in it and a full stove, etc n big bathroom. But when you go there n person to see what your paying for they show another room and lie to you. In the state of Texas it's called false advertising, that comes with a healthy fine amount. If your black and you are thinking about staying at this hotel don't waste your time. It's a whites only hotel. If your black and think about stopping n , they will watch your every move you make. They will charge you for folks to come visit you Etc. This hotel is a rip off. They are well over priced. They owner and Employees think there out n the white folks area of River oaks. They do not offer any kind of discount. So if your military, police officer, have AARP, ECT do not stop at this HOTEL They will not try to help us out in any kinda way. The pictures and the price of this hotel do not add up under any circumstances. This hotel only offer u out dated cold Danish and donuts. This place is just down right horrible. Do not spend your money at this hotel and Please don't support it in any kind of Way. It has also been known and said that owner of trashed hotel have a couple of more hotels, so travelers be aware. Do your homework before you travel and lay your head n spend your money at these over priced fake Hotels.

To expensive!!! Look for another!! No Service, arrogant, unfriendly, does not appreciate for staying long time. The guy at Night shift is very lazy, arrogant and not able to do anything. He only got the Job in Case of emergency He needs to call the ambulance!! We dont get Our taxes after 30 days. Every Single Hotel in Texas is doing it but not this. Maybe its criminal. Take care!!!

Tv did not work. Phone did not work. Could not get into high bed with my bad knee. Front desk did not answer calls to get some service. Front desk employee was very rude when pop machine took my husbands money and did not refund or get pop out. Never staying at one again. It is rated high on website but it is not good at all.

Like many of the hotels there days it was a new building with an excellent walk-in shower however the employees seem to think they can be rude as hell as soon as they get ur money Bless their hearts
