Quality Inn Baytown - Houston East

Demanded a refund. The whole hotel was sorely destroyed. The lobby was a tripping hazard with floor fans spread throughout the space and a lose cloth covering the cables. Windows were broken from various rooms. Our window on our first floor room wouldn't lock securely, and we asked to move to another room on another floor for safety concerns. The concierge ignored our concerns, refused to accommodate us on another floor, and moved us to another room still on the first floor. The window in that room did close securely, however the white sheets were stained with a pink ink. We requested fresh clean sheets and the concierge refused to provide new clean sheets as they were allegedly out of sheets for that bed size and he assured me they were very clean even after showing him a photo of the pink stain. We decided to attempt to sleep without those sheets and upon removing the duvet, we discovered blood stains on the opposite side of the duvet. Lastly, there were also old shampoo bottles still in the shower that belonged to previous guests, and the smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling and covered by a shopping bag (another safety violation). Overall, this place is more of a "Horrendous Quality Inn" and would never stay in this hotel or any of their sister hotels again.

When storms hit Texas. I came to Quality Inn. This was last June. Yes. The rooms are different. It's a hotel that have been standing in business for years. Must be doing something right. But yes. I feel very safe. I can go to my car knowing cameras are being watched. Negativity if any must go. It don't stand a chance at Baytown Quality Inn. The manager. Victoria. The owner and workers takes great of their guest. I have no complaints after all this time. They address any problems thats causing you to be uncomfortable. And trust me. It's not many. They have awesome control over their community! I have no complaints! If u ever looking for a place to stay in Baytown and want to be comfortable and safe. Give Quality a chance they got you! I'm so glad God directed me here last June!🥰💪💯

Positive: The location makes it easy to walk to a restaurant for a meal. The beds and sheets are very comfortable. Negative: The fire alarm went off 2 nights out of the first 4 I stayed here. Also breakfast was supposed to be included but they had a water pipe break and it flooded the lobby so breakfast was not offered for a week, no vouchers either.

Just wanted to say I appreciate Yadira @ front desk with making my stay Eureka and booked. I had a very bad experience @ another hotel since I booked through a third party I am still waiting for my refund. Thank you Yadira. 😊 My son Gonsalo booked this for us and we have had great service everytime. 👍

Our room was fine but my daughter got eaten up by bedbugs in 108. Had to go up to the service desk to have our keycards reprogrammed several times. Saw more than a few roaches. Pass this place by and go to the next one

Let me tell you about Vicky. That woman is an angel. This place has upgraded and the service is impeccable thanks to her. Any problem is no problem she has your back. The rooms are CLEAN!! Staff is friendly. 10/10 recommended

The hotel is cheap if your on a budget but we stayed in room 327 and got bed bugs so not so cheap. The customer service was great though great staff but not good on bed bugs. Now I have to fumigate my car and house because I didn't know better.For me wanting to save money it might cost me fortune and also might cost me throwing all my personal belongings away if the fumigation don't work. Not worth it.

This is without a doubt the nastiest hotel I’ve ever been to, starting with the smell walking in, the different smells getting to room, then the amount of bugs on the wall of the hotel room: we asked for a refund because of the bugs on the walls we were worried about what else we would find, the lady said she agreed with our decision but would have to talk to manger. I would recommend spending another $20 and going elsewhere.
