Staybridge Suites Houston East - Baytown by IHG

This was the ideal place for us to stay while visiting the area for a friend’s birthday. Upon arrival, the hotel felt grand and luxurious, especially compared to other hotels in the area. The parking lot was spacious, safe, and well-lit, and the landscaping was beautiful. Check-in was fast and easy. Our room was clean, spacious, and delightful, with unexpected touches to make us feel special and welcomed (including towels folded like swans - so cute!). The breakfast buffet was really good, and we enjoyed the hangout spaces (the outdoor patio was lovely at night). It was an awesome stay!!

The check-in process was efficient and prompt. Upon entering, the facility appeared clean and well-maintained, with cleanliness consistently upheld throughout my stay. One evening, I arrived later than expected and immediately felt secure, as the front desk clerk used a security feature to grant me entry. She kindly explained that after 10 PM, I could also use my key card to access the building via the automatic door, which was a unique security measure I haven't encountered at other hotels. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, courteous, and attentive. I truly appreciate the high standards set by this hotel, and I will definitely choose to stay here again when I'm in the area.

We found the Staybridge Suites to be like home away from home. The suites are very roomy and comfortable. Having the kitchenette came in handy and we loved that laundry was available. The outdoor area was very nice and even had grills. The breakfast was really enjoyable. The holiday decorations were a nice touch to see when we checked in and throughout our stay.

We chose this location due to the excellent ratings and were not disappointed. In particular, the front desk staff was very helpful with our multi-night reservations here. Room was very well maintained. Breakfast choices were superior and area is kept very neat and clean. Super location.

The hotel was very clean, my room was modern and well maintained and the staff were very welcoming. The quality of the room made it feel less like a few nights in a hotel. I will be staying here on future travels.

Visited Baytown,Tx. Location for a work week. Rooms were clean and roomy. Enjoyed the evening offerings of snacks and drinks that come with your stay. Outside fire pit and grilles were a nice place to spend an evening winding down. Workout room had enough choices and was clean each night I visited. Only issue I may have is the breakfast doesn’t begin until 6:30 AM. Would suggest beginning at 6:00AM, numerous guests were sitting in the dark drinking coffee most mornings.

I would give it 10 stars if I could. You could smell the clean as you entered the room wow! The breakfast was Ahhhmazing along with the meeting areas. We will be back and start looking for this hotel as we travel. Thank you for your hospitality!!

TY Zaker the sales director is super friendly, he would be coordinate with front desk to save you a social dinner on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. housekeeping left clean towers and cleaned my room almost every day. I didn't really have to ask for anything. Also, the receipts were given upon request without any delays which for me is a plus as for work related vouchers. hotel gym and common areas were great, and I have no complaints regarding my stay. The AC worked amazing; TV channels were great. overall experience was great for an extended stay for work. breakfast great, and those hamburgers once a week were a simply delicious.
