Comfort Suites Baytown I - 10

I wasn't expecting this hotel to be nice, but I was expecting it to be reasonably clean and put together. It was not. Something in the toilet when we arrived. Hair on the floor. Giant gap under the room door. Busted, gross couch. Broken, wobbly TV stand. Grimy shower. Gunky floor corners. Not sure how this place has a good rating. Very dissatisfied.

This hotel needs much updating.Large gap in the door.People talking in the hall way louldy.Many truck drivers out of state long term male workers.When they see a female they are all googly eyed.Parking lot gloomy dark lots of men walking sitting in parking lot.Doesnt feel safe.Lobby entrance definitely need updatingfurniture wise.Sofas in the rooms are worn out dusty looking.The doors are ancient old.Breakfast area is about the best thing.We were assigned room on third floor horrible view looking at back of hampton inn.TV is not a smart TV come on its 2025.Restroom definitely need updating the tub for sure old brown backplash.How donyounknow it's even cleaned its dark brown.Roll of Toilet tissue full.of hair from other person.Lamps very dusty.Rooms are overly sprayed with fabuloso fragrance too much not everyone can breathe strong scents.Consider upgrade definitely didnot feel relaxing quite gloomy dreadful will not recommend.

Positive: I had my family with me during a 3 night stay (3 kids between 7-9) they love a continental breakfast, and I know we were loud. Didn?t hear a peep from management. Negative: ""

Positive: Location Negative: Floors in room not clean. Saw a roach. Also beds were not comfortable.

The hotel was in a good location but the room can use some updating. The floors felt like you were gonna fall through. Floors were dirty like it hadn't been mopped in a while. It was the only hotel available for the dates we needed during the hurricane so I was grateful for that. We saw a couple of roaches our last night. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The location and price were awesome! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious! The room was a great space with two full size beds and a pull out couch. I am leaving 3 stars due to the AC leaking, leaving the floor soaking wet all around it and a musty smelling room. I had family members across the hall that said their floor was also wet and room smelled musty too. Other than that the stay was great!

This Comfort Suites location is definitely a home away from home. We have been staying here for weeks now waiting to close on our home. Everyone is so kind and the facility is clean and updated. We love the pool and the laundry room. The fitness center is wonderful and breakfast is good I wish they changed it up a little once in a while but it's free! They do have a variety too so no complaints! This is one of the best hotels we stayed at so Thank you!! Definitely making the wait for our house a very comfortable one!
