Hilton Garden Inn Houston-Baytown

I ended up staying here much longer than a typical stay. The hotel associates are amazing, friendly and seem to do their jobs well. There is a nice little restaurant here on site (which is a perk!). Also the parking lot is easy to maneuver and park with a trailer! I would actually recommend staying here to family and friends and will likely stay here again in the future.

I was a little disappointed that there was not a continental breakfast. However, the hotel staff was very friendly. Helpful and was in a nice location. Great clean rooms, accessible friendly with my phone to open doors.A great experience

Nothing but 5-stars here!! One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed. The restaurant is wonderful both room service and breakfast buffet. The bar is full service and the drinks were perfect with good service. The rooms are well appointed and beds are extremely comfortable. All in all, I would not consider staying anywhere else when in Baytown area.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times & will continue to do so, it's always such an amazing experience. Great location with lots of parking space, rooms are very clean & spacious, amazing option for working remotely with no distractions. They have many budget friendly room options & the option to add on breakfast as well. Always a quick check in & friendly associates. I love it here!

Front desk staff was excellent!! Helped us find restaurants. The morning breakfast staff was awful. As they were last year when we stayed there. The lady In The kitchen was rude when, since I couldn’t find anyone else, I asked what hot food was in the buffet. She told me to sit down and order. When we came down at 9:15 there were no pastries left and not fruit and was told there wouldn’t been any more put out and there wasn’t. Asked for orange juice three times. I had to clean my own table. Not tables were cleaned until after the buffet was over at 11. Both ladies acted like we completely inconvenienced them. Maybe more staff would help the guests during breakfast. I won’t stay again.

I stayed here for my wedding and it was great! The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very nice! On my wedding night, they even made a cute heart out of towels for our bed! So sweet!!

Best Stay!! We arrive on Friday, January 3, for the Bayou Bowl.Ms. Williams was so helpful finding places to eat, and made our check-in speedy and make us feel Welcome. Check-out was a success because the rooms was Clean, Inviting, and Hallways Smell Good. They took care of our room that was over charged. Outstanding Customer Service and Hospitality!.. I will recommend!! Our Family will be back in the Near Future!! |.

I stay here when ever I'm in town on business, which once or twice a month. Great staff, great attitude and customer service. Breakfast is cook to order great wait staff. Hotel is clean, rooms are always clean and fresh. Just a great place.||James C.
