NillRoom was very humid. Looks like their might be mold on the top east wall. Also , prior to using the restroom there was some mud in the toilet. Not sure if the room was thoroughly cleaned. Will not suggest nor visit this location again.

NillI stayed there a few times, the location is very convenient to everything. As a diamond member the property is dated but the rooms are clean and comfortable. For a Hampton/ Hilton property no microwave in the room.Coffee maker 5 feet from the toilet in the bathroom. Also I asked for a plate to eat and was told they didn’t have any so I had to go buy some but both mornings they had them in the breakfast area. When I got there I got a welcome text from Ms Ann that if I needed something ask why bother asking if you’re too lazy to get up and get a plate?

NillThis Hampton left a lot to be desired. The lobby is dingy, dark. Pool was clean but swarmed with flying ants. People sit around the hotel entrance next to the pool and smoke. So we smelled cigarettes the entire time. The car wash next door is so loud it sounds like you’re swimming on the freeway. The side door to the hotel didn’t need a key to enter. The front desk lady was less than friendly. The coffee pot is in the bathroom. The bottom shelf in bathroom was super dusty. Where the ice tray and extra cups sat was full of dust (bottom shelf in bathroom). Carpet throughout the hotel is old and needs to be replaced. no microwave in the rooms. This is an older hotel and desperately needs attention. The room had one chair, not at the desk. The bench type seat was pealing and dingy. Tv remotes don’t work. The room had plenty of plug ins. AC worked great, breakfast was a large selection and fully stocked. Breakfast attendant was friendly. One elevator in the hotel and it’s slow. Interesting folks hanging out in The parking lot in vans and walking around late at night. They didn’t seem to be guests at the hotel. It felt unsafe. Location was great, walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Next time we will stay at the Hilton right behind here. Breakfast isn’t included but it was the same price per night. Much nicer hotel. For reference, we paid $109 with tax through the Hilton app.

NillGreat service and location, but the room left a lot to be desired. We reserved two rooms during our stay. In one of our rooms, we found bed bugs in one of the beds. In the other room, the shower never got hot and the remote control for the TV did not work, even with new batteries.

NillSleep was good but some of the furniture/doors could be renovated. Also the clerk who received us wasn’t very kind didn’t get her name. 6/2/25 visit. Not very well up kept, owner needs to do better.

NillFront desk receptionists weren’t the issue, however Susie the manager here couldn’t even speak to me herself and explain why she couldn’t do or provide any support after the rain damaged my room and got onto my personal items. The least I asked for was to wash my clothes for free, but they couldn’t even provide that. They blamed corporate which I did her a favor by calling them myself and they explained that it’s up to the hotel’s discretion to take action and not corporate. Suzie’s excuses basically just tells me she doesn’t care what happened, even after walking the room with maintenance and confirming the damage. Mind you I didn’t even bother asking for a refund for the stay, just 1 free wash and dry cycle. This will always be one of the worst stays I’ve ever had at an hotel. I’ve stayed in motels that offered better than this, at bare minimum some respect. I appreciate the receptionist who were the only ones who offered some true customer service. Do not book here unless you like consistent humid AC, damp carpets, and a slight chance of thunderstorms in your room.

NillBy far one of the worst Hampton Inns I've ever stayed at, and it all started off at check in. The agent wasn't wearing a name tag (strike 1) so I don't know her name but she was incredibly rude and unwilling to assist with a BASIC request (that was later cheerfully rectified by Autumn, hats off to her). The condition of the room was pathetic, large visible cracks in the walls, the "leather" material on the bench area was worn and cracked, the ironing board was covered in stains, the bed was lopsided and slept at a slanting angle, the sheets were too small and kept popping off all night. Breakfast was lackluster and while there was a breakfast attendant one of the hot items was left unreplentished for the duration of my time in the breakfast area. Carpeting in the hallways was loose and lumpy and in desperate need of stretched. Completely unacceptable stay and far below Hilton standards, this hotel is in need of desperate attention!
