Best Western Plus Executive Residency Baytown

Had an Excellent time staying here. Used the pool daily and was fortunate enough to have a Room with a Balcony....Full Kitchen. Also Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen right next door❗Yum

Stayed here while visiting family, and I must say that I am impressed. Checked in late friday night and off to the room, I was. King size bed , very comfortable, with everything you need to cook in, if you want to. Large tv with a decent selection of channels, pool a little too small but that's ok. Internet worked good from the room. Room and lobby both smelled fresh and clean, and no trash to be found anywhere. Bathroom had bright lights, and fan. Definitely worth a try.

Positives: The room was clean and nice it smelled clean aswell and the breakfast was so good!! Negative: The Front Desk lady with the wig was so rude girl got angry right when I walked in the door, They seriously need to get more staff

My wife is a hotel snob and this hotel met her standards of cleanliness, hospitality service has been excellent and the over all experience has been wonderful. We stayed in a 1bdrm suite with our kids and we used every inch of the space. Having the kitchen and living room was perfect for our needs. We highly recommend staying here. The manager on duty during our stay was Sandra She and all of the other hotel personnel that we met were exceptional! Even while busily working they were polite and alert to our presence.

The staff here are so kind, helpful and accommodating. My stay was made so much better by the staff. This place isn't a 5 star hotel and I am not claiming it is, just that I got more than I paid for. The room and common areas were very clean. When I walked in to the lobby, it smelled clean. I saw no bugs. If there was a bug problem, it was dealt with. The kitchenette had a 2 burner stove top, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer (about 5 feet tall & 1.5 wide), toaster & coffee maker. It did not have an oven or any cook or tableware. The pull out couch bed was not queen size as stated. But it fit both my daughters who are under 10.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel for years and we've always loved it and raved about it to friends. But this last visit was terrible. We reserved two balcony rooms, neither room had a balcony. We walked into one room that had clothes and suitcases all over, they had checked us into someone else's room! The rooms smelled like weed. Our smoke alarm battery was going out and beeped all night. The shower door wouldn't close.

The Hotel seemed great upon arrival. Prior to the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was actually given a room up grade thanks to the general manager. But shortly after arriving and a quick visit to the workout room I returned to my room to find a roach scurrying across the floor. Moved to a different room and on the bed were roach remains. Needless to say we went to another hotel and was refunded my money. Please be very careful at this hotel, as of right now looks seem to be deceiving. I hope this is something they can quickly get under control as it is a very new building and was nicely decorated. 2 stars for the customer service prior to arrival.

Very nice facility, rooms were great, with a kitchenette, and everything you could ask for for a comfortable stay. Laundry room was available which I took advantage of. The staff were very professional and friendly. They served a light dinner which was gone before we arrived, but served a full breakfast which was much nicer than I expected. My only complaint is that the walk in shower leaked pretty badly. All in all however, I highly recommend this location.
