Budget Inn By OYO Corpus Christi Beach

Enjoyed our stay during spring break the room was clean. The people were amazing. New owner was very nice. Only downfall was the parking space other than that the price was very reasonable. Loved it.

Heard that if you like getting walked in on when you’re undressed and not even get an apology for it this is the place for you. If you don’t, ladies, I wouldn’t advise staying here. They said they have a water leak so probably best to find somewhere else to stay anyways. I know I will!

I am Giving one star only because I could t do NO stars ….they walked in on my sons girlfriend who is under 21 while she was naked getting dressed after a shower and denied it very aggressively,,, it happened to be owners wife….They first said it never happened then said she barely opened the door… so who’s lying here !!!!! No morals about being in the costumers shoes at all or the fact that a young ladies privacy was completely violated!!!!!!

It was very pleasant I had fun at the beach. Pretty convenient and good affordability. Also went to the old navy USS literally 4 minutes away. 10/10 recommend.

We showed up to check in and there was no one at the front desk. We waited around, rang the buzzer a bunch, and called. Finally talked to someone in a call center and they told me they canceled our reservation due to unforseen circumstances. Couldn't provide me any more information than that. Said my card was refunded and told me to have a nice day. Ended up having to drive down the road and find a different hotel that had vacancies available. Likely will never use an OYO branded hotel again. Edit: It gets worse! Here we are almost a month later and I still have not been refunded. This is ridiculous!

I booked hotel several months ago and got to the window to check in around 11pm. They said they cancelled my reservation even though it was still active on hotels.com. They said I could still stay there but for double what I initially paid! This place is a bunch of crooks and should be shut down. I had two kids under 6 in my car and asked them if they would really put a single dad and 2 kids out without anywhere to stay and they said YES if you don’t pay what we ask! Luckily hotels.com got us relocated for the night but it wasn’t until 1am because there was very little availability being spring break. Ion a side note, when I gave them my phone for hotels.com to verify what I told them they proceeded to tell and raise their voice to them as well. These kinds of people should not be allowed to be in this business. I just hope people read this as a warning to book somewhere else for their stay. What a nightmare.

I live in New mexico and I come down for a week, I always stay in beach view. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff has always treated me good and with respect. The motel is quiet. I recommend for you too try it out.

Love the place. Staff super friendly rooms are clean and best of all super close to the beach 🥰
