NillThe area around the hotel is too noisy at night. The room was supposed to be two queen beds,but turned out to be one queen and one full size. If you want the room warm you have to request someone come to the room to set the temperature. Pillows are throw pillow size. The room was clean and the shower was fantastic. Best part about it. Not likely we would stay here again.

NillSo honestly when I call a hotel, ask if there balcony is accessible and they say yes. Why do I get there and the balcony is CULKED shut. Turns out it wasn’t just our room every room was like that. I understand why due to spring breakers having no sense sometimes and doing dumb things but why would you lie to guest ? As well the service is terrible slow.. we called/ texted the service line for toilet paper and paper towels. After all day my husband finally went down to get them from the desk. The tub has no stopper what is the point of A TUB you can’t fill? I had two children in need of a bath and I had to use a washcloth to stop it which didn’t do much.. the elevators one was out of service so we had to use the other two. One was mostly occupied by house keeping so imagine a small elevator fits 4-6 ppl only one working going back and forth between 11 floors. Wow honestly two nights three days not worth $420 if your not getting the right accommodations

NillThe breakfast was very nice, friendly staff and was very clean. The only disappointment was the balcony being sealed off. i always love sitting out there with some coffee. i wish i would have known it was sealed off or i would have booked another hotel.

NillMy partner and I are over-the-road truckers, and my partner owns and operates his own semi-trucking business. After a grueling 13-hour drive, we were looking forward to unwinding in a comfortable and relaxing hotel. Unfortunately, our stay at Best Western Suites in Corpus Christi was nothing short of disappointing. First, the room itself was a letdown. We were expecting a nice view of the water and city, but our patio door was completely inoperable. We couldn’t open it for fresh air, and to make matters worse, the windows were so fogged up that we couldn’t see anything outside. One of the biggest reasons we chose this hotel was for the view, yet it was nonexistent. The temperature in the room was another major issue. When we walked in, it was absolutely freezing. After a long day on the road, we just wanted to warm up and relax, but the heater took forever to kick in, leaving us uncomfortable for quite some time. Then came the bathroom, which honestly presented a safety hazard. The shower door was poorly designed—my bf got his fingers stuck when trying to get in, and then again when trying to get out. On top of that, the shower had visible mildew. We took photos because no guest should have to deal with that level of uncleanliness. Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was minimal, the eggs were cold and rubbery, and the coffee was weak. The dining area was also not well-maintained, with trash overflowing and dirty tables everywhere. It was an unpleasant experience overall. To top it all off, we barely got any sleep due to all these issues, which completely defeated the purpose of our stay. As business owners in the trucking industry, we rely on hotels like Best Western to provide a place to recharge. Unfortunately, this stay left us just as exhausted as when we arrived. We truly hope management takes these concerns seriously. This location needs major improvements to meet even the most basic expectations of cleanliness, comfort, and functionality

★★★Barely 3 star. Independent bar with poor service and drinks. Nice view from top. Decent breakfast buffet. Would not recommend if you want a restaurant and nice lounge. Have balconies but cannot access from your room. Nice view but poor service overall.

★★★★★Wow… the Grandview Lounge is the best! We were told this was the best view in the city… it was but we weren’t expecting amazing drinks and amazing service! Asa and Trinity were the best when it came to service. The place was packed and they handled it amazingly! They both make you feel like you’re the only customer. Thank you for the great service! We’ll be back!

NillWe came to Corpus to visit family. We got in around 945 at night and checked in. front desk was friendly. it's a cold night, in the 50s. As soon as we get in our room, it feels colder in the room than in the halls. we check the thermostat and it's turned all the way down. we turn it up along with turning on the shower to help warm it up faster. The shower never heats up,not even gets remotely warm. The room is so cold the sheets feel like a wet cold when you lay down under them try to warm up. It's past midnight at this point and the thermostat reads 65. My husband reaches out to the front desk who's offer is to bring up blankets and adjust the thermostat for us because they don't have another King size bed available. we make do with what we have since the thermostat was already adjusted as high as it will go and go to sleep. When we wake up the next morning, the room is still cold, reading 68 degrees. Shower still won't even get warm (along with no water pressure). This stay was not enjoyable. We will not be returning here.

★★★★★We stayed at this hotel on our way to the Rio Grand Valley for our winter vacation. Hotel is convenient to the freeway and easy to get to. There are several restaurants within walking distance. You have a great view of the water. Breakfast is on the top floor of the hotel with a great view. Hotel was clean and staff answered all questions we asked. The breakfast was hot and there were lots of options. |We have stayed here before and will stay here again.
