Not a place that I would stay again. The room had a funny smell, the towels were thin and worn, and there was no vanity or shelf in the bathroom, so nowhere to set my stuff. The only window in the room was quite small and the walls were painted lime green.

It's a lil run down and old but the AC works, you get a good TV, a refrigerator, a microwave, and the water is hot. This is a perfect spot for fisherman who don't want sand all up their butt the whole time they are down here.

Front desk attendant called one of our roofers a wet back and refused him the prepaid rooms that I had booked online. See text from the wife of the man who suffered discrimination after a hard day at work. So shameful. We got a refund but think this behavior should be revealed. We plan on taking this up the ladder. It's an OYO property.

I stayed here last year November it was last minute we were going duck hunting for the fisherman and the hunters it's perfect for my lady maybe not I gave a 4 star I had no problem better then sleeping in my tent and on the beach had ac bed shower and a lock on the door

Who can we call about the staff calling one of our professional workers a "wet back"? They are so upset. We had paid online for 2 rooms and all was ok until they showed up and faced discrimination. We did get a refund but feel more needs to be done to remedy this unfortunate situation.

If I were to pay what most of you paid, I probably wouldn't gripe. This place is chill and is great for a fishing getaway. I booked a last-minute trip and paid $260 for the night. Way overpriced. The room is run down with stained towels. The shower is strong, but wanted to spray sideways. The tv didn't work so couldn't watch anything. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The AC was nice and worked well. The shower curtain could use some weights at the bottom, so the curtain isn't pulling towards you when you are trying to shower. The Towel rod was missing so we couldn't hang towels. The location is good with the ability to park in front of your room. I would have given a better review had I paid half the price because you get for what you paid for and I paid for the price of 2 rooms at least.

My 5 star review vs yours won't be the same because we prefer the "rough around the edge hotel" as they're forgiving, tolerable, and no hassle! Great location. Friendly staff. The sheets were nice and clean! I've stayed at 300$ Hiltons with dirty sheets! So that was a plus! Had fridge/microwave. Parked right in front of my room so packing was a breeze!. Ac worked good. It's old and is what it is but it definitely does the job. If you want a chill experience and not expecting the world this is the perfect place. Will definitely stay again. Thanks!

Great location clean rooms with quick access to the beach! Absolute perfect spot for what my family needs!
