Spark by Hilton Corpus Christi Southeast

My stay at Spark by Hilton was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped through the door, the staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The property was recently renovated and the rooms were beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and comfortable. The bagel bar breakfast was very classy and light perfect for when you have to grab and go. Hotels location made it easy and convenient to get around. Spark is definitely an economical brand perfect for business travel. The pool was indoor and heated they also had a 24hour fitness center. The staff was a true example of good hospitality. I highly recommend.

Great job with the remodel, great friendly Customer service too ! Ms. Cassandra from the Front Desk was so attentive and friendly, thank you for welcoming us , makes the whole experience so nice. Remodeled rooms are nice and clean ( side note: would had loved more attention to detail and a coffeemaker/ water cooker combo would have been nice) Breakfast area is small but achieved the purpose of a quick small breakfast. We are trying out the pool tomorrow.

Room was as expected, nothing over top phenomenal. Just a clean room with no frills. Also no microwave by the way. That’s located in the lobby. Service was good when it came to an empty coffee pot needing to be refilled but that’s probably as good as it got. Breakfast is not as I have come to expect from your basic hotel stay. No this consisted of baggles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, apples and your choice of orange or another juice (I don’t remember). So it’s more of a breakfast snack, you do get a couple of choices for topping the bagel. Cream cheese, Stawberry cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, grape or strawberry jelly and that’s it. Lastly avoid the elevator or at least I had to. It was a pretty squeeze getting the luggage cart in there, and once a bus load of student arrive. The stairs became a far easier option.

Not a good representation of the Hilton name. Thin walls, fitness center a joke, bathroom had a fair amount of the previous guests hair, "breakfast" was bagels, boiled eggs, yogurt, water, oj, coffee, small packaged muffins. Will Not be returning.

No breakfast! The photos on Expedia show a very well stocked breakfast with waffle makers fruit assorted breads and cereal. The real breakfast is just bagels. I feel deceived a will not be visiting another Spark again thanks to this location's management making poor decisions

We stayed 2 nights over Labor Day weekend, right when they opened. The hotel rooms are pretty average. They do have plenty of outlets, including USB ports, which was nice. Our only complaint was how noisy the room doors are when they close. We went to bed around 9pm, and until 11-12 we constantly heard room doors slamming shut - not to blame the patrons, but that's just how the doors to the room function. The staff were pleasant, but the service was not spectacular. When we requested more towels for our room, we had to go downstairs to get them ourselves. I guess this just kind of surprised me, compared to our other Hilton stays. Breakfast included bagels, packaged muffins, yogurt and juice. Coffee is available 24/7. We did not utilize the amenities (pool, fitness center) during our stay.

Room is only 4 stars (#202) because the ac was making abnormally loud noises at times, might need a maintenance check done. 🫶 Other than that, great service, friendly staff❤️)

Room furnishings are brand new as well as the bed covers and accessories. Newly renovated and the room smells fresh. Big kudos to the housekeeper for turning in my apple ipad air to the manager when i left it inside my room when we left and checked out already. Called the manager of the hotel and he mentioned that a very big thanks to the very honest housekeeper turned it in.
