Embassy Suites by Hilton Corpus Christi

We had an amazing beach weekend in Corpus Christi and stayed at this hotel with family—booking three rooms for two nights. The service was exceptional from start to finish. A big thank you to Jacob, who checked us in last minute on Friday night and went above and beyond to accommodate our entire family. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, and the room rates were very reasonable. Jacob truly made us feel welcome, and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

This is the best stay we’ve had in Corpus. From the moment we arrived to when it was time to check out, our experience was 2nd to none. I would like to thank Jason whose professionalism, courtesy, and commitment to customer service was impressive. He was so accommodating to all the needs and wants we had. The bartender, Joe was awesome and was great conversation. Breakfast was so good and I realized why when I was observing the cook at work who appeared to be a 5 star chef. The manager of this Embassy was super nice and this will always be my go to place in Corpus as we’re in town often to visit family Thank you for your hospitality.

I take a lot of trips to corpus and this hotel whether it be business or with family, this is my go-to hotel. Went for spring break with the family, unfortunately the pool was closed and I had kiddos with me, but I understand that even hotels need maintenance. The front desk manager was very kind and was apologetic for the inconvenience. Between the free breakfast, and the pleasant 5:30-7:30 service they have, this hotel just tops all the others. It’s a family hotel and is very spacious. The whole staff in general is always great. My favorite hotel by a far, will continue to stay here every trip to corpus I make. 10/10

Jake at the front desk is SO kind! He made it a point to remember our names and greeted us every-time he saw us! The free breakfast is amazing! You also get a free drink in the evening during the social hour! My husband was here for work and we felt really lucky to stay here!

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Jacob Erwin, the front office manager, greeted us at the front desk and treated us greatly. He heard my wife had recently retired and offered us a free meal. The staff at the bar and restaurant were also great during our meal and happy hour. Experiences like this is why we stay at Hilton properties.

Only place we stay while in Corpus, on this particular trip there was a girls kick ball tournament apparently. We were one of these parents a long time ago and we get it but a little control of kids goes a long way to making sure other guests can enjoy their time as well. The parents of these girls lining up beer cans along the interior balcony rails is a little much and unnecessary.

Hotel is outdated. Furniture in room needs replacing. Bed sheets were worn and had holes. Room wasn’t properly cleaned. Found someone’s weave on the floor next to bed. Pool was closed until further notice. That’s was 90% the reason we booked there. The indoor pool. Was so disappointed. Staff was nice and breakfast was still good.

Horrible hotel!! The hotel is so dark! Not many lights as you walk to your room. As soon as we got into our room it smelled of smoke and was extremely hot and humid. A/C wouldn't work so they moved us to another room. Our new room also didn't have a working A/C. Apparently the whole hotel was without A/C and they cant do anything but hand out fans to people. It was so hot and humid! My family was sweating in our sleep. Also holes in the walls and carpet falling apart. We left on the 2nd day and got refunded.
