This hotel was awesome if I could rate it a (10) I would, easy parking, upon entering was immediately greeted & checked in right away & appreciated the extra linens I was given right away, employees are very friendly & helpful answered all my questions during entire stay, the room we stayed in was perfect it felt like home to us it had everything we needed & more. The swimming pool was the perfect size, & breakfast was absolutely delicious & fresh they had scrambled eggs & the crispiest bacon, bagels, yogurt & a huge variety of toppings such as walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chocolate chips & fruit. This was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at. You won't be disappointed. Thank you TownePlace Suites for making me & my family feel very welcomed🙂

This was the best hotel we stayed at yet absolutely amazing. Staff was so helpful and friendly, room was clean except the pull out bed was awful so hard and had lots of stains my toddler slept on there but we had to layer lots of blankets to make it semi comfortable for her. Had lots of grass area to take your animals and on site laundry which was a life saver for us. Breakfast was ok wasn't a fan of the powdered eggs but again the breakfast staff was so friendly. Definitely good for what I paid.

The room was outdated and dark interior. I was showering when I saw a Texas sized roach between the shower curtains. The bed was hard as a rock. The sofa was lumpy. The breakfast consisted of powdered eggs, cereal and wheat toast. The service was great and really nice. Still waiting to hear about a refund as we only stayed one of the two night stay. Booked at a different Marriott for our last night in town.

Marriott Titanium member- Do yourself a huge favor and stay elsewhere. Businesses traveler in the area and against better judgement staying here right now. I spend most of the year in hotels and can honestly I haven’t seen a Marriott this dirty and unkempt. Yes, it needs an update, but that’s not this. See the photos. Drapes are nasty, shower has mold, shower curtain is gross, there is no mattress cover on the mattress. My first sign should’ve been the nasty chair arms in the lobby. If I wasn’t so tired, I’d have left. First and last time!

3/15/25 Upon arrival, we mentioned the AC was broken in our room. The manager on site mentioned there were no rooms available, provided a box fan and assured there would be a room to move us into the following day. 3/16/25 11a we asked for another room and they assured us after ppl check out they’d hold a room for us. They failed to do so. Their response was, “we over booked, sorry” I had to call corporate and the receptionist gave the same story to corporate. Marriot provided us another room at a different location in the vicinity. We still have to wait for the Owner of this location to issue a refund. DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED $ HERE!

Very run down though that was expected based upon the rate relative to other Marriotts in the area. What was not expected was to not even be able to get linens. Two beds but only one set of sheets and pillows? Three towels for four people over multiple nights? Most hotels are happy to fix these issues, but this place just apologized saying that is the best they can do. Also, half of the lights in the room didn't work and the mattress without sheets had stains that turned my wife's stomach.

Obviously this is a much older hotel, that needs to be updated. Few issues we encountered during our stay. 1. Rooms had dirty dishes and left over food in the cabinets 2. Staff didn’t plan ahead and ran out of wash clothes 3. No AC in the gym. The gym has free weights only, one bench, and a few treadmills 4. The lobby and much of the main floor smell like urine. 5. TV didn’t work Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than 1-2 nights

Positive: Location. Free breakfast and the beds were comfortable Negative: The room I reserved included a sofa bed for my 9yr old son. They gave me a room without one and had to be relocated to another room. Water pressure in shower was very low so water barely came out
