Rooms are clean. The service was not what I expected from a Hilton hotel. Hospitality is key at any hotel. Your front desk staff is the face your guest meets. The breakfast layout needs to be changed. It should flow not be clogged up because the waffle machine is in the middle of everything. Knowing when to refill is essential. The hotel is located in a great location. Close to shops and restaurants.

Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and help get me checked in quickly. The room was clean and nice and cool when we walked in. The beds were a little too firm for me but I know everyone else in my party slept like a baby. Unfortunately I woke up late so we did not get to enjoy breakfast. The only thing that I saw that could be a hazard was a mechanic room door was left open with no maintenance workers in sight and there were two ac units left in the hallway. They were put away by the bed of the night but I did see families coming in and out of the rooms who just weren’t paying attention that could have ran into one.

For us EV drivers finding a hotel with a level 1 charger is a plus! Woke up at 100% The room had a lot of rust which suggests we’re clearly close to the water. Housekeeping was fair, I have no complaints. Water pressure and temperature were adequate and pricing was reasonable. I remain a happy Hilton member.

Good location. Plenty of good spots to eat in the surrounding area. Service was a quarter decent. Wasn’t too thrilled especially when we had some issues. There was no sense of urgency or care for that matter. We had an issue with the door. A security issue. Door knob was coming off the door. Barely hanging on. Anyone could’ve very easily made entry into my room with my family in there. Told the front desk. They sent someone. Took one look…..”nothing we can do”. Then left. So needless to say I had to sleep with one eye open. It was like they didn’t even care. The shower scene was another issue. My coffee pot had my pressure than the shower did. It was like the room wasn’t even put together right. At the end of the day would definitely NOT recommend to stay here. Zero care, zero maintenance, zero sleep. See photos for reference.

Clean. Friendly. Affordable. New. Feel good environment. We had a lovely stay. We stayed 4 nights and the front staff and housekeeping were so friendly and helpful. Especially Justin! You need anything, Justin's the guy!

Had a great stay at this property. At the front desk, Paul was top notch. They helped me with accommodations. I had an emergency and had to rush home, I accidentally left my laptop and they shipped it out for me with no questions. Thank you for all you do Paul!

The place is pretty new, I'm surprised at how many actual changes there were to the inside. There was plenty of complimentary things, like the outdoor patio and grill, breakfast, 24/7 hot coffee, the gym, and rec area with pool table. The shower soaps are kind of weird, very perfumy, not the hotel's fault, just who they contracted with. Obviously the restrooms were flipped quickly with wallpaper, it was a little sloppy, but the style chosen was very nice, and complimented the room theme. The restroom mirrors are a woman's dream with wrap-around lighting and a perfect little shelf for all types of accessories. Would definitely come here again.

Albert at the front desk EXCUDES perfect customer service! He was able to get me checked in early gave me information on places to go and where to eat was so polite and welcoming!! Rooms were nice clean however there was no coffee pot or microwave, a bit small
