NillI absolutely wouldn't recommend this hotel There is nothing here except a room. The room was surfaced clean but you could see it needed more. The elevator rug had less stains then my room rug. The staff I dealt with were fine but not fine enough to make coffee. There was supposed to available coffee but it was always empty. No breakfast. I checked out and paid my bill when I got my cr edit card statement several days latter there was a charge on it from the hotel. When I called and ask about it I was told that it was for parking. When I ask why wasn't it on the bill I got a run around. Room welcome letter said free happy hour on Tuesdays. I went down to see. I was a lie only a cash bar nothing free. Also no pretzels. Smh. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

★★★Check in was fine. ||Though out the day there was never coffee in the pots. Checked several days several differt times.|| In the room there was a welcome letter from management say, "Join us for free draft beer on Tuesday and pretzels too" turned out to be not so, you had to pay. Nothing was free. (See pic) Just like it said there was chocolate on the pillow, nope. ||As comparison, the carpet in our room was dirtier than the one in the elevator. Tv sucked as for channels that actually worked. Example Fox News wouldn't load. You could not pulg in a game. I think there was a bullet hole in the wall too. (Pic included) Our room was disapointing I've posted some pics. Not surface cleaning, that was fine but a little closer look, not good at all. (See pic) ||To the manager, please dont respond with some bs just put away your keyboard and look around. Try 225 look at the carpet and the toilet, dirty glasses way over complicated tv that is not user friendly as for attaching a firetv,or to add something to play a game etc. BTW Why ONLY 1 little tinny waste can, what's up with that? The maids did an adequate job IMHO. I'd bet they are given struct time restraints. ||The issues with my room were evident that the maids are probably given 10 or 15 min to clean a room. Once in a while a deep through clean needs done and it's evedent that isn't happening. (See pic) || Not much here at all except a place to sleep.|| Staff were all pleasent the common area's look pretty good. I WILL NOT return. ||

NillRooms are a bit dated and need a deep cleaning. Very dusty and smells. My room smells like pee and I tracked it to the toilet. The beautiful and kind front desk clerk attempted to clean it but it's just to no avail. The bathroom walls need cleaning and the toilet resurfaced or replaced. Paint cracking above the TV and behind the TV. TV doesn't power off, I had to unplugged it. Tub doesn't drain. They can do way better. Note that Housekeeping is ONLY by request here even though this place obviously needs a lot of love and care. Will likely not be back. I expected far better of the Marriott brand. I guess I chose the wrong hotel.

★★★★★Please know that we did not sleep at this hotel, but I have something to say. We booked through Priceline... accidently. This was a mistake that seems unimportant to the reason I write this review. When we arrived, we discovered there was no hot tub as promised by Priceline. Danielle, the lady at the front desk was so gracious and helped me as much as she could. My husband was having some severe neck pain due to our travel which is why the hot tub was an important amenity for us. Danielle was upset that a third-party booking agent would give incorrect information about their lovely property. She immediately cancelled and refunded the third-party booking agent, spoke to Priceline along with me on my behalf, and found a nearby hotel with a hot tub. She did not stop there but called the other hotel and verified that the hot tub was currently operational and asked that property to take good care of us. (They did.) I cannot overstate my gratitude for the kind humanity of Danielle which makes it more likely that I will purposely stay at Marriotts in the future if they employ upstanding people like Danielle.

★Positive: Nothing. It?s a terrible hotel. Was suppose to have a love seat bed and it did not. Also had pet stains all in the room all over the carpet and dog pee on the hotel curtains. The hot water took forever to get warm didn?t even get hot. Negative: The water pressure was terrible. The woman that checked us in was not friendly at all. Very disappointed will never stay here again

NillGood facility. As MCS friendly as you can get as far as products used. BUT checked in due to Mast Cell Activation Flare triggered by mold on home. Staff informed of medical condition request bedding and towels changed daily sue to life threatening allergies. HORENDOUS STAFF STILL FIGHTING TO GET LINES CHANGED DAILY. promises from front desk and head of house keeping - DELAYING MEDICAL PROGRESS EXTENDING DURRATION OF HORENDOUS PAIN! 3rd day skipped 4th day 4:30pm Still waiting. I WILL BE IN PAIN ALL NIGHT AGAIN
