The pictures on the website are pretty deceiving. The mattresses were filthy and there was food crumbs in the beds. The sheets didn’t fit the bed. If you get sand in the room they will charge you a $250 fee! Which in my opinion is ridiculous since most people come for the beach. The shower was gross, and the mini fridge had stains from something spilt on it. We didn’t stay longer than an hour and just left.

Personally, you have no breakfast options. They need to update it to the fact that they don't do breakfast at all. When we went to the lobby, only coffee! False advertising. Not cool. The "blankets" aka sheets are too thin in my opinion as well as the towels if you're paying for quality. Beds are super noisy for any romantic activities. Has a security deposit that you get back at the end of your stay. Needs work honestly. There were also days where I had to wait at least 15 minutes for the water to get hot which is ridiculous.

This place was ok. However, the room we had was not very clean. It was a bit concernithpe TV had smudges all over it had not been cleaned in a while . The baseboards had dust-dirt on top all the way down the wall. The mirror had smudges and had not been cleaned We were told the room we had was non-smoking, but the sheets and covers had several cigarette holes. We will not return even though the price was ok. Had a bitof trouble getting my 50 dollar deposit back.

If I could give less than one star I most certainly would. Anyone who stays here is definitely getting swindled by the property. Third party booking sites shouldn't be encouraging anyone to stay here, no matter the deal. For starters, the room immediately upon entering smelled like mildew and after smoke. Dirty restroom. Upon further inspection of the bedding, we noticed severe stains on top of the comforter and pillow cases. We made these observations known to the woman working between the hours of 8pm-9pm on 3/21/2025 to which she responded like stains on the bed were really no big deal. This is extremely unsanitary alone and with that should not be letting anyone sleep on that. We were offered a second room. The key card pad to that room did not work, after driving two hours we had to wait outside our door of the second room we were offered for the attendant. You can imagine how frustrating this was as it was already getting late. In addition, we did pay pet fees as well but the room is already damaged and honestly shouldn't be in use if not properly sanitized. Honestly our pets making a mess should be the least of concerns considering what we paid money for isn't even what we received. I most certainly hope to get my $50 refunded for sure. In this time proper sanitation should be of utmost importance, especially within the hospitality community. It should not be taken lightly and owning and running a hotel is a big responsibility, in these areas this property is lacking. I would not recommend elderly, infants, or family with children to stay here at all. We will be in touch.

if I could give it a zero I would. place is disgusting. towels were gross. lots of activity at all hours of the night. holes in the wall breakfast was a joke stale bread and old coffee not that we really would have eaten it anyway it smells like someone smoked a whole pack in the lobby breakfast area. couldn’t shower the shower head was falling out of the wall. do not come here save your money and yourself

For breakfast they only had toast or a bagel. My room was dirty, floor was very nasty, one of the dressers had a crack pipe, room smelled like smoke when I asked for non smoking. There was a uncharged to get a room with a microwave and fridge. Whenever I booked it, that wasn't addressed about the uncharge. Room service never came around to clean, refill on towel. The pool was dirty.

This is the worst hotel. Our bathroom was dirty. There was still dirty towels hanging on the shower curtain. Dirty in every corner. Also our bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned. It was gross.The floor was dirty like it has never seen a mop. Not to mention the lack of customer service at this hotel. Our car literally caught on fire while we. We couldn't get a rental until 12 so I asked if we could check out at 1 and they said I had to pay 25 dollars. Whatttt!!!! We had our kids. That was after they refused to switch us rooms unless we paid more because the smoke was so heavy from the fire we couldn't breathe in our room. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I used to stay here for years before they changed owners bc of the convenience and value. Never again. Arrived and was told my room was on 3rd floor but elevator was out of service. They charged me more per night for lower floor room, although more than 3/4 of the place was empty. Roaches in bathroom. No phone or clock in room, so no way to request wake up call or contact desk in an emergency. Shower head was attached to bracket with electrical tape. Room dirty in general. Nothing but coffee and slices of bread near toaster for "breakfast. There was one plastic hanger in the closet, but the hook was broken off. They made the bed with cover sheet on, then comforter, then top sheet on top of comforter. Why? 2nd night they put loud drunk people in room next to me. Could have at least put a room between us, as most of the rooms were empty. It was a miserable experience and I will never be back. Don't waste your money.
