Baymont by Wyndham Dallas South-DeSoto

Zero stars for Baymont Desoto. Housekeeping isn't something that they do here. Breakfast looked to be about three days old. I've never seen scrambled eggs so crusty before in my life. After housekeeping doesn't come by the desk won't give up any complimentary coffee. The other guests here are nice but I feel sorry for them with the experience they are having at this dive.

This hotel is unfortunately, very dirty. There are roaches in the rooms, and everything generally looks very worn out. The computer chairs are heavily worn, mattresses look dirty. At a glance, it looks like it will be ok; but I wouldn't trust the images. Also, the internet is painfully, horribly slow. So good luck with that. The service desk staff were nice, and I didn't personally see any bedbugs so that's good. But, I would avoid this hotel.

They had a good workout room and pool and hot tub! Their breakfast is excellent too!! There's everything you could want down there to eat (I believe the breakfast hours are from 6:30 to 9:30 but you'll want to check on that) Their customer service was A+, as well as the facilities. Hands down if I were to ever go back there to Texas I would stay at this hotel!!!

Stayed here while visiting my daughter. If you need a budget friendly hotel this is okay. It is dog friendly so that's my only pause. They serve daily breakfast and are right off the 35. Hotel is quiet.

Toilet kept running and sink was clogged. I informed front desk. Nothing happened. Breakfast was outstanding

Beds are sunk in. Workout room was closed because, the only 2 pieces of equipment were broke. Smell weed on the 3rd floor. And to listen to the TV next door all night

Positive: I liked the price and breakfast included. The desk staff were nice. Negative: The card key did not work after 3x because the battery to the card reader was dead;Moved to a different room because it smelled;Bathroom door missing hook and bad damage done to door;Housekeeper having a personal conversation on phone so loudly - insane!
