Staybridge Suites Denton, an IHG Hotel

We stayed here overnight because we were moving back to Houston. The staff, room, food, and service was amazing. The room we stayed in had a little kitchen so we could have cooked ourselves but we were a bit too tired from moving. But we did make use of the earl grey tea which helped us wind down from a long day of packing. I highly recommend staying here!

Stayed at this property back in October. Shout out to Alonso & Michelle at the front desk for a wonderful customer service experience (Alonso: Thanks for getting me ice for my drinks! Really appreciated that!!) Room was ok, but could have used a deep clean & some attention from the maintenance staff (pics attached). Also, was the first Staybridge I've stayed at were I had to pay to use the washer/dryers. Every other hotel they were free to use (aside from soap/fabric softener). Aside from that, was an OK hotel.

This hotel is in my top 2 favorites. It really has almost everything you could need while staying at a hotel. The beds and super comfy, and the rooms have ample space for several people to stay in together. I love that the there is a door that separates the bedroom from the front room and kitchen area. It really feels like your own modern, luxurious apartment. The breakfast was well-stocked with a variety of options to choose from. The lobby is very lovely, roomy and even has a large room with doors you can slide to close for privacy. Coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby and the workout room and laundry facilities were clean and updated. I loved this hotel!

This would have been a perfect stay if the room AC was working as it should have been and the family staying in the room above us was less rambunctious. The addition of fans would have helped the cooling situation but I was told that there were none available. Another member of our group was staying across the hall and had a perfectly cool room so I feel it was just Room 322 that needed attention.

Everything was great! I have stayed in Springhill Suites before. I was hoping that Staybridge Suites was the updated version. It was even more! The Staybridge Suites is what the Springhill Suites must have been when they were BRAND NEW. The staff was excellent! I had an accessible room on the 3rd floor. There was a chip spill right outside the elevator door. I mentioned it in passing to the front desk. The entire thing was cleaned up when I walked back in minutes later. Very impressive! It saddens me that these great reviews are so short. They seem to be so much less thought out. But in this case, that is just not true. Cleanliness, check! Service, check! Friendly staff, check! Comfortable bed, check! Safe shower, check! Quiet, check! Would I stay here again? IN A SECOND!!

My family was more impressed and comfortable than we were at the stay at a "4-star" hotel the night before! We needed to find a place to stay late in the evening to avoid driving into storms in the dark. I am so glad I chose this place and was so effortlessly book exactly what we needed. The front desk staff were so welcoming and attentive. We appreciated all of the thoughtful touches throughout our room, gym, relaxing area with a fire pit by the pool. We left much more rested and satisfied than we had been and ready to begin the next leg of our trip.

This was the first time that we reserved a room at Staybridge. What a wonderful experience! Our room was clean and equipped with all the amenities. Breakfast included a terrific variety of foods, and the employees were helpful and friendly. We look forward to returning soon!

The front desk worker was extremely friendly and helpful. She was informing everyone of events in the area as they were checking in. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette had everything you could need including dishes and the dishwasher detergent.
