La Quinta Inn by Wyndham El Paso Cielo Vista

Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Grateful we could park our moving van with a car transport trailer on property. Price was excellent. Rooms were very clean though dates and worn. It’s my understanding they’re renovating so soon all the rooms will likely have a fresh look.

System was down when we arrived tired and hungry. Got our keys to a room on the backside. Got there and the keys didn’t work. Ends up someone already was in the room. Walked all the way back and manager got us another. The room was dirty inside, mold on the bathtub grout peeling off. No ice upfront. There’s a good restaurant nearby called Andale’s, that was the highlight of the stay.

Clean rooms very spacious beds. Bathrooms were a great space but needed a little more lighting. Everything in the room worked and it was nice to enjoy a quiet night. Parking was easy to find and area was a great location to access the parts of the town.

The team was great, and the customer service was great! The breakfast is humble but yummy. The rooms were fairly clean, except we found some stains on the comforter but we just took it off. After checking out, I lost a ring in the room, and I called the front desk to ask. I arrived 15 minutes later and they had the ring ready for me. Great service!

The room was a mess... hair in the bathroom, spots in the sink, all the carpet was stained... no smoke detector, trash behind the forniture. It seems that only were cleaned arround.|The bed clothes withs stains, maybe blood... I dont wanted to ask. We complain with evwryone and just one day they clean well. The front desk didn't help for anything, the manager never were in the office and when we complain with Wyndham she just called the maids to get fix everything but didn't appear to apologize, just an email because Wyndham make her to answer.|3 days the maids didn't appear to change towels or left toilet paper, we had to go to the front desk.|No light bulbs, the energy cable of the Dish passed through the door, no curtains for the bedrooms to separate the living and the bedroom.|They didn't have enough personnel allegedly because xmas, no one will help with any of your needs, but the problems looks like not came out on xmas.|The doors had no windows, no ice machines. The breakfast looks like some jail movies, some guy is looking what you take, the food is bad and no the right amount for the people.|The place is well located and very good parking lot

The only good thing about the stay here is that the bed was comfortable enough to sleep. But the carpet in the room was extremely stained, the tile in the bathroom looks like a 5 year old slapped it up there, and there has been no hot water my entire stay. Extremely disappointed and won't stay here again.

Worst place I have ever stayed at! And I've been in Iraq. Shower was dirty, entrance and floor were filthy. No hot water. Sitting chair was dirty. Dust on the head board. Very disappointing for a La Quinta and Wyndham hotel! I would give it 0 stars!

This is the worse most dirty hotel we have ever stayed in. I can't believe this place is still open. We had to clean our own room. Had to ask for clean sheets and clean pillow cases. Looked like the room has been getting sneaked into as the window was unlock and open and the room was nasty. The shower was literally black. We had to move onto another hotel due to us not able to leave till Monday.
