Travelodge by Wyndham El Paso - Airport

For the price this place was very nice. Clean, spacious, easy parking, easy off/on the expressway. Pleasant and efficient young man at the desk, not too much talking as can occur when you just want to get into your room and relax. Definitely will stay here again. Added bonus: there is a fantastic Mexican restaurant right next door you can walk to. Authentic cuisine. A little hot for some tastes so be sure to include a beverage that soothes the tongue.

So my son stayed last night while visiting El Paso. He loved the room. Sent me pics of the room. Then this morning told me the stay was horrible. Upstairs they were loud and he complained and the staff didn’t do anything about it. He didn’t get any sleep. And he spent a lot of money to stay for one night and not to get any sleep. He was going to stay again. But after the night he had he is checking out and not coming back. I expected more from a company like this. I am extremely disappointed and will be contacting corporate.

I must have gotten one of the bad rooms compared to some of the better reviews. The good thing about the place is the Service/Staff are friendly and helpful. The bad is the room, although somewhat fairly decent, we did see multiple baby roaches, the bathtub/shower flooded the second I turned on the shower to take a bath and the room had a weird smell.. the beds were surprisingly decent, pillows, sheets and blankets were at least sleepable lol.. but yeah, don't expect much from here. I guess a well needed spot if you are trying to save money.

This hotel is amazing! Rooms are clean, staff is incredible and the beds are SO comfy. The general manager, Justin has been exceptional! He went above and beyond for us! We’re going to be camping out in the hotel for a while yet and I have been beyond pleased! When we first checked in, we were able to get into our room about 3 hours ahead of time! I have a almost 9 month old who needed a nap dearly and his car seat wasn’t cutting it, so again, I cannot express how much I appreciate the staff here! Thank you SO much for making this home away from home while we’re in the process of moving! Y’all are INCREDIBLE!

Stayed because of the pet policy. The rooms were pretty dingy, the anti-slip material in the tub was coming up and made the tub look gross. There was a small mini fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast was quite nice, a good spread. The front desk receptionists were all very polite and helpful. Wouldn't stay here again just due to the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. The place needs a major overhaul, pool area as well.

Staff at check in was super nice. The room and bathroom were not what we expected. The heater/a/c did not allow the room to become comfortable at all. The bathroom door stuck and was sticking every open and close. The room had a smell that I can’t describe. One plug in the whole room. The light bulbs we had to unscrew to turn off. I guess if you’re looking to stay on a budget this might be your place. We still over payed for what we got.

Staff is friendly, room is mostly good. Restroom (in particular the shower) was dirty and in desperate need of renovation, no shower gel/shampoo provided, and saw a couple roaches. I'd generally automatically give one star based on this, but I want to reward the property for the rest that was actually good.

Everything was fine. Basic lodging but no complaints. The staff at check-in was friendly and the hotel is in close proximity to the highway and airport. If you are looking for a budget option in El Paso, I would recommend this property.
