The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was greeted as I entered the hotel and acknowledged as a reward member during the check-in process. The room, kitchen, and bathroom were clean and accommodating. Overall, my stay was most enjoyable and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel.

feeling a bit sterile with little carpet in the entry area or room turned out to be perfect; all was very clean. our kitchen was great! the desk staff person engaged with me at length about places to go and see in the area; he was very helpful. when we left there was a young gal on knees clean the waste cans. the multi colored exterior even hits a positive mark.

Arrived in July, 2023 and stayed until March, 2025. It was basically home and the staff and management were great, room very well kept. Due to the hold on our contract, we were sent home. I was prepared to call Candlewood home for another few months until January, 2026. Hoping upon the completion of our small halt to our contract, I'll be able to reconnect with Candlewood and its staff and continue my stay. Until then, Thank you all for the great friendly service.

Upon entering the establishment, the warm welcome extended by the lady at the front desk set the tone for a delightful stay. The immaculate suite, complete with a small kitchen area, caters perfectly to those on work trips or leisure travels. The cozy bed ensured a comfortable night's rest, making it a contender for the best accommodation experienced. The cleanliness of the suite, coupled with the homely interior decorations, added a comforting touch to the stay. Complimentary offerings such as coffee and drinks from the lobby's mini refrigerator(1 per person), along with a selection of breakfast items like prepackaged pastries, bagels, pancakes, and cereals, provided added convenience and value. For travelers seeking a welcoming, comfortable, and homely accommodation option, this establishment is highly recommended. 10/5 Hands down one of the best suites to stay while traveling or just a mini get away.

The hotel is located in a nice quiet area. The rooms, kitchen and bath areas are very clean. The staff is very professional and friendly, they go out of their way to make you feel at home. The evening complimentary meal is wonderful as well as the early morning breakfast.

Had a good stay. The hotel was quiet and close to major roads. A few good restaurants are nearby. I had my service dog with me, and his only complaint is that the grassy dog relief area is very small.

My stay had its ups and downs. Noemi was an absolute gem she made me feel truly cared for after a rough day. Her kindness and thoughtful gesture of offering snacks (when she didn’t have to) really brightened my mood. On the other hand, my interaction with “Perla” (if that was really her name) - the lady working the front desk on the morning of January 5th - was disappointing. I called the hotel while driving back to Houston to ask about my bill. Perla answered the phone, and I asked her why there were two charges on my card, including one for $15. While she listed the charges, she didn’t clearly explain why there was a separate $15 charge. The signal on my phone was cutting in and out, and I told her I couldn’t hear her well due to the bad connection as I was driving. Instead of understanding, she told me in a rude tone to call her back when I wasn’t driving and added that she didn’t appreciate being yelled at and hungup thw phone. Despite my explaining that the poor signal might have caused any misunderstanding, she continued to accuse me of yelling at her, which was completely uncalled for. Noemi’s warmth and exceptional service were a highlight of my stay, but Perla’s unprofessional and accusatory attitude left a lasting negative impression.
