La Vista Inn

Very upset. I'd made a reservation weeks in advance and after driving ALL DAY, I arrived to find the hotel CLOSED for renovation!! Might be a good idea to contact your guests with reservations if you're going to shut down!!

This hotel is the worst place. Dirty, bedbugs, dirty mattress probably old. Doors did not lock, window was wide open with no protection. I had to book a different hotel for my family. I called this hotel to get a refund they yelled at me said no and said call the cops. I will be calling health expectors. They should not be open they need to close down. Disgusting place. I know when a hotel is clean I use to work at a hotel and this place was like very sketchy

Es un pésimo hotel, no tienen agua caliente, servicio de lo peor, colchones sucios, el aire acondicionado no funciona, el techo se estaba cayendo, humedad por donde quieras. El personal no te resuelve nada. Pésimo hotel.

It's a terrible hotel. They have no hot water, the service is terrible, the mattresses are dirty, the air conditioning doesn't work, the ceiling is falling in, and there's humidity everywhere. The staff can't help you with anything. Terrible hotel.
