SpringHill Suites El Paso

The location was perfect for visiting family. The hotel itself was not well cared for. The carpets in the halls and elevators were not vacuumed regularly. The breakfast was passable at best. Having said that, the front desk staff were great although very casually dressed, and the room was clean and housekeeping came every day to refresh.

I recently completed an extended stay at SpringHill Suites, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff truly made me feel at home, going above and beyond every day. The manager deserves special mention—she was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in ensuring I had a great stay. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, and she made all the difference. The rooms themselves were spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing plenty of space to settle in comfortably for a longer stay. The beds were high-quality and exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep every night. Every aspect of the room felt well-maintained and clean, reflecting the overall care the hotel puts into its guest experience. From the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly service throughout my stay, the entire staff made me feel like a valued guest. I would highly recommend SpringHill Suites to anyone seeking comfort, quality, and exceptional service. This place truly feels like a home away from home!

I have stayed here several times over the years. Unfortunately now, the hotel needs a Marriott renovation in the rooms. Cleanliness and overall service are just fine. As a Marriott Titanium level member, I get my free water bottles when needed. And breakfast buffet is decent, with lots of choices. But the rooms need to be updated. The treadmills appear to have been updated, but I couldn't get the TVs on them to work. Other equipment in the fitness room is badly out dated, but very limited size, especially with so many military personnel staying here. (Thank you for your service!)||I found issues with the bathrooms still using shower curtains. Need to be modernized, and throw the curtains away. Towels are not fluffy enough, nor are rooms serviced daily. But if you need more towels, it's no problem asking for more. The furniture is dated. But the biggest issue is the beds. They are older and not comfortable at all. The bed pillows are really in need of upgrade!||Structurally, you can't change the fact that half of the rooms face I-10 and are subject to higher outside noise levels. I hope that by the time I return next year, there will be newly renovated rooms.

The staff is very friendly & and is helpful. They have a hot tub & pool felt very nice, especially with the gym they provide. They have laundry machines and dryer machines but cost ¢25 cents. They provide morning breakfast from 6am - 9am. I really enjoyed breakfast here for my family. Definitely will be choosing a Marriot hotel in the future.

Stayed here a year for military duty and it was a very pleasant experience. Staff members were always nice and professional. Accommodations were met and I can’t find anything bad to say about this hotel. Everything is in walking distance to meet every need. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to El Paso.

Very nice hotel. The room was well kept and the service was top notch. The location was also very conveniently located next to the freeway.

Stayed here for a year on military orders. Rooms were nice. No issues with cleanliness. Pool and outdoor area always an enjoyable place to hang out. Very close to some good restaurants, bars, and activities. Staff was always helpful when I needed something.

Rooms are decent and hotel seems to be clean however WiFi doesn’t work at all , not in the room or even the lobby. Housekeeping didn’t do the beds or restock toiletries, they just emptied the trash cans. Overall not a very good experience considering the price (somewhat pricey) and I will make sure to avoid in the future.
