Quality Inn

Heather was my savior!! I had a horrible experience at the Atrium across the street and in the middle of the night came here to the Quality Inn and Heather the front desk girl was absolutely awesome!!! She took care of me right away and with great professionalism and courtesy. The hotel itself is nice, nothing spectacular, but clean and the rooms are well kept, and nothing to complain about either and in Fort Stockton that’s a big thumbs up. So now when I stay in Fort Stockton, I book with Heather here at the Quality Inn. She makes all the difference in the Positive experience of this place!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Quality Inn in Fort Stockton. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and despite the exterior corridors, I felt very safe. It was also surprisingly quiet, which I appreciated. The in-room coffee pot was a definite plus! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Subh (forgive me if the spelling is off!) and Kerri. The included breakfast was a nice touch. A great value for a comfortable and convenient stay.

There was dirt on inside of sheets, surfaces need to be cleaned better, evidence of roach feces all over wall outlet next to bed head board, shower faucet flange not attached, tons of hard water on showerhead.... and this was my second room after the first didn't have a working TV and Phone.... two star hotel is what it is, but this place needs to be deep cleaned, stains on mattresses, and some wonderful graffiti art on the interior of the door.... have photos of everything... If I wasn't so tired and it wasn't so late upon my arrival, I would have gotten my money/points back and went elsewhere.

Everything good here. Clean, good wifi, small fitness room, basic bkfst. Sub the young man was very nice on check in. Great employee. Thanks Mr Patel for running a good choice hotel. Good ones are hard to find now.get those other Patel family members to pick up the quality of their hotels like this one here in ft stockton

We only stayed here because we were tired after a long day of driving. Upon entering the room, we could smell the funky smell of it. It didn't feel clean. There was a roach hanging out by the microwave. I could go on and on about every little detail. We couldn't get out of there any faster. We won't ever stat in a quality inn again.

The filthiest room we have ever stayed in anywhere. The floors had not been vacuumed, the chase lounge actually had shiny spots all over it. The counter had sticky spots on it and the bathroom was ridiculous. There was pubic hair in the soap dish, in the bathtub and all over the floor. My wife mentioned that the room was filthy during checkout and the clerk wouldn't even acknowledge she spoke. Personally I will sleep in the car before I stay there again

Positive: AC, fridge, free Wifi, TV & vable Negative: The steps to the metal stairway to my room were slightly slanted downward. It felt a bit hazardous & the complimentary breakfast was 'sad". I threw out the coffee after one sip. But... it was a complimentary breakfast.

We were moving cross country and happened to book a room for one night at this location. The room was clean, they accommodated our service dog needs, and the area was secure enough that we slept well without worrying about our belongings in the uhaul. Throughout our journey we had issue after issue with our uhaul truck. After checking out at 12pm (late check out) we found out our uhaul truck and tow dolly had another issue. This place let our family hang out well after check out in their lobby/dining area while it was being repaired. Soop (Apologies if I misspelled your name) went above and beyond with being hospitable. Thank you for your help during this trying situation. Should we ever come around these parts again, we will definitely stay here. I highly recommend this Quality Inn.
