I loved the rooms and how ample and clean they are. Great distribution. The dual side closet’s full length mirror is a great highlight. Good lighting and nice size tv. I would come back. Although too far from downtown at 45 mins, it is very conveniently located to my job and IAH.

This location was by far one of my favorites in Houston!!! GIVE THE CLEANING PEOPLE A RAISE!!! When walking in the building it smelt so clean, the room, restrooms, elevator, floors, wall, gym everywhere I looked it looked spotless. I ran into some of the cleaning ladies and they greeted me and smiled. Along with the front desk people and the bartender. Just overall such a AMAZING experience at this location!! Definitely will be our go to hotel when we visit Houston!!! Who ever manages this location takes good care of their employees because you can definitely tell they love their jobs by the way they care for the customers. 10/10

If I was you, I’d stay far away from this hotel. I stayed here in May 2023. It appeared to be beautiful and it was fairly new. About a year old staff was polite initially after being there about 2 to 3 days I started feeling bugs on what I thought was some type of Mite cause I couldn’t see it. We had a dog with us and I thought the dog caught some kind of trigger in the field because of the time of year I explained to the staff what I was feeling. We were supposed to be there for several weeks after being there for a few more days, we had to leave the hotel and lost everything we had. It is a year and a half later, and we still are struggling with an unexplained bug on our body me and my children that we cant yet seem to get rid of. A doctor can't seem to find a diagnose. This has been devastating, financially and mentally every way that you can think of, and without a shadow of a doubt whatever it is Got on us at this hotel initially.

Clean, Good Customer Service, and Close to Everything from restaurants, stores, and grocery store that you can walk to. Family Friendly. Parking is great. Pool is small.

I am utterly disgusted by my experience at this hotel and would never recommend it to anyone. My stay was completely ruined when I discovered bedbugs in my room. This is absolutely unacceptable. After a long day, I was hoping for a restful night, but instead, I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. I cannot overstate how stressful, inconvenient, and upsetting this was. The lack of cleanliness and attention to hygiene is shocking. What’s worse, there was no sense of adequate compensation for this disgusting experience. I would urge potential guests to read the good and the bad reviews before booking here. Proper cleanliness and guest safety should be a top priority, and this hotel failed on every level. You have been warned.

3/1/2025 to 3/2/2025 Location good. Room clean and nice, Room 335. Hotel lobby area nice and clean. Bar and Starbucks attendant very nice. Checkin person nice. We are American Express Marriott Bonvoy cardholders. Preplanned, as suppose to, through 800 number with plans and card payment. However that didn’t work out. Wrong card charged. Then the door lock battery was inop and kept clicking loud throughout the night keeping me up ALL night with a 6 hour drive ahead in the morning. Told staff member. Seemed unconcerned. Couldn’t access door to get back in so one of us had to stay in the room to let the other in. For shower my sister had hot water but when I took shower, I did not have the same luxury. In the morning when we were leaving for the long tired drive we realized we left a very expensive item in a drawer. But we couldn’t access the door to get it. No maintaince person in the building. A staff member was called but was at church. He tried to text the other staff member on how to use a gray box to open the door lock but to no avail. We had to wait an hour and a half just for the staff to come from church. No concern from the checkout staff member or keeping us updated. My sister sat at the hotel room door waiting THE WHOLE TIME. When the maintenance staff came he had a black box and opened it right away 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️?? Major safety concern!! If there were a child left in there we would’ve been doomed as I could only imagine a child with access to a balcony climbing over to doom. Or what if someone had a medical emergency?? Why aren’t other staff members trained on that equipment to access an inop lock on a door???? I wanted a call back from the general manager. The checkout staff member supposedly left message for the general manager but no call Monday. I left message Wednesday and still zero call. On top of all that there were about 8 to 10 football adolescents running rampant, throwing rocks from the flower beds and someone called cops, so we weren’t the only ones disturbed. Not a quiet and relaxing stay! Hence the two stars.

Rooms are clean. Staff is nice but can't get a decent cup of coffee at 5:00 in the morning. Yes there is the crap coffee pot in the room and then it is paid parking which is interesting

We recently stayed at this Marriott and really enjoyed the visit. The hotel was clean and service was great. We will use this hotel in the future when we visit Houston.
