Older hotel with a bit of a stale smell. The elevator was down during my stay and the materials were left about haphazardly. The hallway carpets were stained and very dirty. The hotel wasn’t the cleanest and I would have stayed somewhere else had I known that. The actual room was adequate and had a small kitchen which would have been nice if I was staying for a longer period. The wall had a non working AC panel. The AC was actually controlled by a window unit that worked really well. The shower was hot and the towels were clean. Staff was nice and friendly and assisted with issues but I would not stay here again.

Ayana at the front desk provided us with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She spoke to me the entire time with one air pod in her ear and a complete lack of concern for our situation which was incredibly unprofessional. My mom and I are traveling cross country with our dog and booked our reservation under the bring Fido app (which is a dog friendly hotel app). Upon arrival they claimed they couldn’t find our reservation and I waited 35 minutes in their hotel lobby waiting for my confirmed and prepaid reservation to show up in their system. I called bring Fido and they confirmed that my reservation was paid for and confirmed and had no idea why the front desk staff couldn’t find. It took them a total of 2 hours to find the reservation which Ayanna claimed was due to them not looking in the correct reservation folder. Ayanna refused to comp us for anything even a $2 bottle of water after all the inconvenience. The elevator has also been out of service since April 20th which is not safe for handicapped individuals and was not disclosed to us upon arrival. It is also not posted anywhere on their website which is an ADA violation. We had to carry our luggage and dog up three flights of stairs and now she has a limp because she is older. The rooms are filthy and have a moldy smell. Don’t waste your time with the Incompetent staff and the disgusting rooms. I have also reported them on the bring Fido app for claiming to be dog friendly hotel when that is a false claim.

Dirty... Dirty ... House keepers need to do a better job at cleaning. This place is disgusting! The pictures on the website is misleading. I reserved a room with a queen size bed. They don't have queen size bed. They have full size. The refrigerator is filthy!

I stayed this past weekend, The room was great except an issue with the shower. The staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome especially Derrian. She always. addressed me by my name had a smile on her face and just made your stay there much nicer. The only issue I had was my last night on the sixteenth the fire alarm went off at 1am for about 30 seconds, but ruined my sleep the night.

This hotel is great, the location is excellent, close to a large group of restaurants and close to shopping malls. My experience there was great and I enjoyed my stay for four weeks. I felt comfortable and satisfied with the services provided. I will not forget, of course, the receptionist Maria, who was very cooperative and made things easy for me with her beautiful, distinctive smile, as well as her beautiful colleague Caroline and their beautiful blonde colleague. They are a wonderful team and an experience worth repeating.

Stayed here for 10 days with my husband. It was nice and the location was very good. Next to so many different places and things to do and every restaurant you can think of. Staff was kind of weird but the room itself was great and quiet

The friendly and efficient staff is outstanding! Thank you all so much for making our two week stay so enjoyable. The location, which is the main reason we stayed there is accessible , even by foot to so much. We hope to return again sooh.
