The Moran CITYCENTRE NEWLY RENOVATED

I had an absolutely fantastic experience, as always. The service was awesome from start to finish, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The hotel decor is stunning, truly a pleasure to be surrounded by such tasteful design. And let's not forget the great drinks! The bartenders really know their craft. What makes The Moran truly special is that it offers a posh experience without breaking the bank. It feels luxurious and high-end, yet it's surprisingly affordable. I always have an awesome stay at your hotel, and I look forward to my next visit. It's my go-to choice in the area.

An overall horrible place to stay. I don’t think it’s family friendly either. They tried to swipe my card twice for my two night stay. They switch my room and stated I would get two kings but failed to tell me it was two different rooms. Breakfast is horrible. The continental breakfast items had few items as well as the hot breakfast has few items and not worth the additional $8. Stay away from this place with manipulating staff who don’t care. I saw them mistreat others as well during my check in and the days I was there. To be expensive in this nice area with plenty of places and shopping near by. This was a horrible experience for my daughter and I.

Gorgeous Hotel, Great Spot, But a Couple of Things...||Honestly, Hotel Moran is a really beautiful place in a fantastic spot. The hotel itself looks amazing – super stylish and welcoming as soon as you walk in. The valet guys were awesome too, really helpful and on the ball.||||A big plus is how close it is to great restaurants and things to do. We had no trouble finding fun stuff nearby, either just walking around or a quick drive away, which was super handy.||||Our room was nice and comfy, definitely a good place to unwind. The only thing was, it could get a bit noisy. We heard some loud guests in the halls, and even though we were on the 6th floor, you could still hear everything happening on the lawn outside.||||The biggest letdown for us was the bar. The bartender just seemed glued to his phone, and it was a real pain trying to get his attention to order a drink and then again to pay. It just didn't match up with how good everything else at the hotel was.||||So, the rundown:||||What we loved:||||Seriously beautiful hotel, looks incredible.||||Valet service was top-notch.||||Amazing location – so much to eat and do right there.||||Rooms were comfortable and nice.||||What wasn't so great:||||The bartender was pretty checked out and hard to get service from.||||It could be a bit noisy with other guests.||||You could hear the noise from the lawn pretty clearly, even up on the 6th floor.||||Overall, there's a lot to like about Hotel Moran, especially how pretty it is and where it's located. If you're not a light sleeper or don't plan on hitting the main hotel bar much, it could still be a really good pick.

This is a beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. It is extremely clean and well appointed. The check in process was very smooth. I was impressed with the large size of the rooms, as well. |The only negative I have from my stay is that housekeeping didn’t replenish anything in the room when they came. I didn’t have coffee for the in room machine and they didn’t replenish my washcloths.|We ate breakfast both mornings of our stay and it was very good..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Moran Hotel in Houston, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel's location was also ideal—conveniently situated near some of Houston's best dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, it offers the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and convenience. I also had the chance to dine at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was exceptional. The service was prompt and friendly, making it a fantastic dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend the Moran Hotel to anyone visiting Houston. It offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. I will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed at The Moran Hotel while hosting ETAP Spark 2025 in Houston, and the experience was outstanding. The event management team and AV partner, Pinnacle, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Jessica at the front desk was absolutely amazing.Worked with us to secure the reserbasin at a rate.That was affordable to us to accommodate us during our hospital stay. Dawn was the reservation specialist that went above and beyond , as well highly recommended this hotel!
