The Westin Houston, Memorial City

I’ve been traveling to Houston monthly for the past two years and always choose to stay at the Westin in Memorial City. It’s the perfect location—conveniently close to dining, shopping, and my client site.||This hotel truly feels like a home away from home. The staff is exceptional, the rooms are consistently comfortable and well-appointed, and the service is impeccable.||Viviana, in particular, makes each stay even more special. She’s warm, thoughtful, and feels more like family than hotel staff. I always look forward to catching up with her and hearing about her family and grandbaby.||Without a doubt, this is my favorite Marriott property in the Houston area.

This is was an amazing experience views from the 16 floor are sweet too the suites for elites are really cool! with a roof top pool. Best Marriott stay thus far huge shout out Ricky Burns hotel staff member who with the extra mile and left my daughter, a teddy bear and some candy for her birthday! The restroom also has double showers.

Great facility with wonderful service at the on-site restaurant 024: Viviana was so kind and sweet to our kids and Brooke was lovely as well! The skywalk is a nice feature and the on-site Starbucks got some good use from us. One minor quibble is I would love to see single-use plastic eliminated; those free water bottles are not a benefit. Otherwise, a very good experience.

During one of the most difficult times in our lives, while our baby was in the NICU, we stayed at The Westin, and what could have been an overwhelming experience was made incredibly comforting thanks to one exceptional employee.||From the moment we arrived, Manuel Montes Puente was intentional, compassionate, and genuinely relational. He didn’t just provide excellent service, he checked in on us, remembered our names, and made us feel like more than just guests. In a time when everything felt uncertain, his warmth, genuine concern for our wellbeing and attentiveness brought us a sense of peace and humanity we truly needed.||We are beyond grateful for how Manuel went above and beyond, not because he had to, but because he cared. This hotel was great. Jacoby and Mark were absolute gentleman and could not have been more accommodating. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They took the time to make sure we had a good time. I really appreciated their professional and friendly company.

Wonderful stay here at Memorial Westin. Easy access to all the places we go to when we visit Houston. The staff are friendly,helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are firm. The only down side to the hotel is that it's close to I-10. We didn't mind busy highway noise.

Manuel and his team took awesome care of my wife and I! Manuel and happiness made sure our stay here was fantastic, from the food and drinks to our room well will definitely be returning for the awesome hospitality to great atmosphere! 10/10 definitely recommend we enjoyed our time here!
