Omni Houston Hotel

Great customer service. The staff were knowledgeable and kind. Wonderful food. I especially loved the pimento cheese deviled eggs. Beautiful location. Its breathtaking. I honestly couldn't tell I was in a big city. It almost seemed like an oasis. Overall, I truly couldn't ask for more.

Absolutely love it. The only things that I feel needs to change is pricing for self parking, pool close time and make sure in room appliances as plugged up for usage. The Staff was super helpful, understanding, and so welcoming. Other than that I will definitely book again and soon.

great check in experience. Our annual meeting was amazing. the wait staff was always attentive and the food was great. Everyone is very friendly from the valet guys outside greeting everyone to the bell hop delivering our bags to the room. Super courteous!

We have not stayed in it but our son did while traveling with his robotics team from NY. |The place is very upscale and gorgeous at least in the lobby. Lots of marble and high end furniture. But the main thing is the pool they have - it’s just great. Since April in Houston feels like July in NYC :) one can fully enjoy this great pool early on! Dive in!

Everything was perfect! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Samir at the front door was charming and assisted us with our outdoor and dinner plans. The gym is outstanding, as is the pool area. Without a doubt, we will choose this hotel again on our next visit to Houston.

The pillows were the best! The view from the room was very nice, you'd never know it was Houston. I highly recommend the hotel! I will stay here again during my next business trip Houston. Although, the amenities certainly entice you for an extended trip of pleasure.

Stunning location, excellent service and great services including pool, restaurant and spa. You could not wish for a more inclusive and warm stay in Houston. Will definitely be back and encouraging friends to visit Omni. The staff were so lovely. A true home away from home

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. It was EVERYTHING!!! The hotel is beautiful and the guest services was awesome. Special shout out to Mr Alex who handled our precious cargo to our room and to our vehicle without complaint. I am booked again!! Thank you Hotel Omni!!
