NillI booked and stayed at the Home2 Suites in Houston, Texas in the galleria area off Sage Road for 5 nights. The hotel is very nice, clean and comfy. I really enjoyed my stay despite the attitudes from some of the front desk representatives. Not all of them, but some of them are not friendly. However, housekeeping and maintenance were great. My toilet was clogged and my sink was draining out slow and they had everything taken care of within an hour. This location also has security and covered parking, which adds another level of comfort for guest. I highly recommend this location and would most certainly stay here again if needed. The hotel is also close to lots of shops and restaurants, most in walking distance. And it's close to the interstate. I would recommend EV charging stations for other cars as well. The charging stations are only for Tesla's.

NillI travel a lot and it’s been a very long time since I’ve stayed at a hotel in the U.S. where all the staff go above and beyond for guests. They are not only friendly but treat you like family. I recommend this hotel for many reasons, location. spacious rooms with ample storage options, a large fridge & freezer and a mini kitchen, a cozy balcony with modern lounge and dining options but most of all for the amazing staff. Complimentary breakfast, round the clock coffee station, gym, pet friendly, bar and a barbecue grill.

NillThe hotel was clean. The occupants down the hall very loud most of the night. They should consider putting famiies with children on a separate floor from guests with no children. The refrigerator was leaking water. They would not allow us to checkout, due to too many other people checking out late; we tried to schedule early checkout the day that we checked in, they told us we needed to call the next morning to schedule.

NillOne of the worst Hilton stays I’ve ever had. As a Hilton Honors member, I expect a certain level of service — and this hotel completely missed the mark. For a brand new property, Home2 Suites Downtown Houston feels run down when it comes to basic hospitality. I stayed for 6 days and my room was only cleaned once, the night before checkout. There was no toilet paper in the room the entire stay, multiple dirty towels, and trash bins overflowing. Even worse — hair from the previous guest was all over the room. Totally unsanitary. To top it off, during a major time in the sports season, none of the TVs were working. No game nights, no highlights, nothing. When I brought these issues to the staff’s attention, all they offered was a $15 voucher that could only be used at the hotel — and not once did they offer me any Hilton Honors points to make up for the poor service, despite clearly knowing I was a member. This place is all looks, no service. Definitely not the Hilton standard I’m used to. I will not be returning — and I suggest you don’t either.

NillI had a generally pleasant experience. The service was terrific. Staff members were friendly, professional, and eager to help with any requests. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities. However, while the essentials were covered, nothing really stood out in terms of luxury or extra comfort. The biggest downside was the limited parking for visitors, which made it inconvenient for guests expecting company. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, making it easy to access nearby attractions like the Water Wall, Galleria and dining options. Overall, a solid stay but with some room for improvement.

NillThis is always a great place to stay. We always arrived very late usually around 12:30 a.m. the gentleman that works downstairs at the counter is always very nice and funny but yet professional it makes you feel welcome at all times I actually stayed at this location how about a year ago and had a problem with the neighbors due to the generator running on my truck the gentleman that worked at the counter was the same gentleman that worked there just the other night. He was a very helpful when I had the problem a year ago with my generator running on my truck. Me getting woke up at 2:00 a.m. asking me to move my truck when I arrived around 12:30 to 1:00 a.m. how to get back up at 5:00 a.m. I was not very happy I was very annoyed actually in this gentleman that works at the front counter never came off his normal pace he was very polite and helpful and just said please calm down we will figure something out quickly so you can get back to bed work with me and I will work with you long story short we got it figured out and off to bed I went. Luckily we did not have the same problem let's go around but he was still very polite and remembered me from a year prior.

NillVery nice rooms and facilities, staff very polite professional, and helpful. Breakfast, I went to get a waffle ten minutes b4 closing, poured batter in waffle iron when lady came over said they were closed, turned off waffle iron and wiped my batter from waffle iron. Thought that was incredibly rude and wrong, but she could just be having a tough morning. However, after making coffee I was shocked to see two Hispanic gentlemen making waffles being assisted by the lady who just ruined mine, I am fluent in Spanish, and listen to her explain how she just shut down the privileged white guy. Made no scene or complaint simply made my way to IHOP before my meeting, the rest of the staff were amazing and helpful, rooms and hotel very clean and welcoming with the exception of the woman in charge of breakfast highly recommended just get to breakfast early if your a white male.

NillDon't listen to the bad reviews. This hotel was great. Perfect location, just down the street from plenty of restaurants, there's a CVS on the corner across the street. I like that the hotel has its own private garage and you can only access it with your room key so that gave us peace of mind, it does cost $15 per day which wasn't too bad but might be a deal breaker for those looking to stay for an extended period. The rooms were clean and house keeping did their job well. They even have a nice small patio area out front where you can hang out. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Will definitely be back.
