We have stayed here 3 times so far, and each time has been great. We stay here because I have to have procedures done at a hospital down the road, and it is over 2 hours from home. The rooms have been clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds are comfortable for us. The pillows are a little lacking but ok for one night we stay. If I am staying longer, I would bring my own pillow, but I do that anyway. The hotel itself is set back a little from I10, which keeps it quiet in the rooms. We have not experienced noise from other customers during our visits, but I know that can vary day by day. This Hilton Garden Inn is on our stay list as a first choice. Great staff and check-in and check-out are always so easy. This last visit, i used the digital key on my phone and was able to check in and out on the app, no need to go to the front. That was nice! I love that option.

I stayed 4 weeks, Sundays through Fridays at the Hilton garden inn energy corridor. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. The staff at the hotel is wonderful. Every person at the desk was friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was really good and the women who worked the bar/restaurant (Edana and Barbie I believe) were fantastic. Waving and saying hi when I returned to the hotel every evening, remembering my name and just making business travel a better experience. The staff is what makes this hotel stand out.

Me and my wife always comes to this hotel and the workers always accommodate us every time we come the experience is amassing. But today me wife woke up on dirty filthy moldy pillows. Our faces was on these pillows. We want the housekeeper who allowed this to be held accountable. We woke up with huge migraines and feeling light headed. We thought we just slept badly but in all reality it was that moldy dirty pillow making us feel this way. I am truly disgusted. The front desk clerk Ethel Jackson tried her best to accommodate but couldn’t refund us due to us paying weeks in advance.

I stayed here a few times, its not noisy at all. Rooms are comfortable, pillows are TOO soft. TV channels are lacking and they also don't have a guide on the tv to see what's on instead of clicking through every channel to see what's on. I hope they upgrade the TVs soon. Overall I'd stay again.

One of the BEST hotels we have ever stayed at ... being a Diamond Member, a complimentary upgrade to the King Suites was offered ... phenomenal ... lots of lights, awesome televisions, very comfortable bed and pillows and the MOST amazing shower ever...It used to be an issue with hot water coming to the suites, but it is ALL fixed now and what a treat!!||Being a Diamond Member, we are offered $10/per person Food & Beverage. Today's breakfast was fabulous ... cheese omelets and my husband ordered french toast. Both came w/bacon on the side... Great coffee, juice, danish, etc. Come hungry. It costs about $11 including tip over the $20, but it is so well worth it!||Highly recommend this property!!

I spend 90+ nights per year in just Hilton brands alone. I'm middle aged, not high maintenance and travel to Houston regularly.|Additionally due to my industry/company, I was required to travel during the entire COVID nightmare. I totally understand the challenges and changes the pandemic brought to hotels and have a great deal of respect for the hospitality industry as a whole.||The staff are the highlight of this property. Everyone one I engaged with were friendly, professional and seemed to genuinely liked there jobs.||Grounds, public spaces and guest rooms are all well maintained, look recently updated, clean and functional.||Bed, linens and pillows all good quality.||Excellent gym for a hotel.||Restaurant is affordably priced with a better than expected breakfast.||There's a few issues to why I didn't rate 5 stars:|No one responds to text messages via the Hilton app.|Body Wash dispenser was empty when I checked in.|Food quality at night is hit or miss. Hot chicken sliders dry and hard; totally uneatable.|Phones didn't work one day.|Wi-Fi never recognized my name or room number even after addressing it twice.

We had an amazing experience. Check in was a breeze, Front desk attendant was really friendly and attentive. I think her name was Brittany. Our room was very clean and beds were surprisingly comfortable. The only thing I could complain about was that I asked for daily turndown service and it didnt happen. Their policy is every other day. But no big deal, we had more than enough towels and were only there 2 nights. The laundry room was really clean and they provided quarters 😃. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I am having issues with a receipt for an expense report. The customer service was not very friendly and told me they couldn't help me. She told me she would transfer me to somebody which turned out was a robot. I managed to get someone else on the phone and then after sitting on hold on and off for 30 minutes with a corporate office they dropped the call out of nowhere. Definitely will not be booking with Hilton in the future if this is how they're going to treat their guests.
