The location of the hotel is in a very well place spot. The overall look of the hotel is appealing and nice. The back of the hotel has a really nice sitting area to hang with family and friends. It is a great location and I recommend it to anybody with a family because it looks very family oriented. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very nice. They were helpful we needed and we enjoyed our stay so much. I would stay again anytime I would need a place to stay in Lubbock, Texas. I think if you’re ever in the area and need a will cleaned room and a great breakfast then Staybridge is the place to stay the staff at the counter was really great. I enjoyed the conversations that we had. i’d also like to say that the parking lot was well lit and parking was very easy to get to the area. Had plenty of restaurants and entertainment. If you would like to go out, but not have to drive. It was all in walking distance, there was a nice restaurant right across from the hotel and shopping was in the area even though we only spent a day or two there it felt like home. I enjoyed it so much. I’ve already reserved rooms for future stays and wanted to leave this review so others would know how great of a place Staybridge was in the Lubbock Texas area.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was also pretty quiet. However, the parking lot lights shine right into the room so it was like daylight all night long. The heavy curtains that should block it out do not move so that was disappointing. I booked this specifically because it was advertised as dog friendly and that there is a doggy play area. However, our room was on the 3rd floor completely opposite of the dog area. The dog area was very disappointing and full of stickers. The rest of the hotel is cement and large rocks so i had to take my dog to the BJ’s Brewhouse parking lot to use their grass for her to go to the bathroom. It may not seem like a huge deal but in the middle of the night it’s not very desirable.

I had a fantastic experience at Staybridge Suites. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist. The service was truly top-notch! The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Staybridge Suites to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed hotel. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

We used to live in Lubbock. We almost always choose this hotel. It’s clean, beds are comfortable. Our dog can travel with us as they are pet friendly! We never have a problem with noise even tho it always seems busy and full. Centrally located. My only issue is the bird poo at the entrances that we entered the hotel to our room. It wasn’t just a small amount. Not sure what the answer is. My only complaint!

Very happy with our stay. The room was clean, lots of space and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. My only regret was our room was right above the basketball courts and folks played until 10 pm. It was not over disturbing but it was the one and only complaint from my husband. I will list this hotel as a favorite stay in Lubbock and will stay here every time. Just not near the basketball courts. Thank you for a pleasant visit.

I booked this hotel for the location and the pet friendly aspect. I tried to call the hotel prior to arrival but the front desk receptionist would not answer the phone- for over 2 hours. When we arrived, she was outside with her boyfriend. Anytime I walked by, she was not there. As the other reviews stated, the parking is not ideal, and we were advised of multiple vehicle break-ins the night before. The room itself was fine - definitely in need of a refresh, but sufficient for one night. The free breakfast was also fine - typical of most free continental breakfasts.||However, the primary reason I booked this hotel was because I was traveling with dogs. There is virtually no grass anywhere around the hotel. The designated dog area is basically dirt/gravel & full of stickers that get stuck in your dogs paws. The other guests aren't kind enough to clean up after their dogs (despite the hotel providing bags); however, it would be nice if the hotel staff would keep that area picked up.||Needless to say when I travelled back to Lubbock last week with my dogs, I chose a different hotel.

Coffee was cold after pouring it from pot. Told the server, and she said, " Not my problem, I didn't make it." Not enough tables and chairs to comfortably accommodate customers eating breakfast. Dropped my necklace in the room. I noticed it was gone after I gave a clerk card. Asked for the key back and went back up, and the necklace was not found. :/ Clerk said she would tell housekeeping. No call back since.

While the check in and overall room experience was very good, the breakfast needs a serious overhaul. Bacon was burnt beyond recognition and the eggs were terrible (watery). I took one bite of the eggs and pitched my plate. Skipped breakfast. This hotel is close to some decent restaurants (BJ's Brewhouse, Red Robin, Chuey's) but no options for breakfast so plan accordingly for this.
