Easy and speedy check-in. Ms. Brenda was friendly and accommodating, as always. She made extra efforts to insure I could have the room I needed when I hurt my back. The room was clean and accessible.

I was absolutely impressed!! Upon arrival to Motel 6, at 5 a.m let me add, I was presented with such a warm inviting greeting by Ms. Natalie at the front desk. The manner of professionalism she carried was truly 5 star yet you felt like you were at home. The rooms were impeccably clean along with plush beds you could just sink into. But the best part, it wasn't just the gorgeous smiles from these dedicated ladies that lit up the room, no they actually left the light on for me!

Brenda gave exceptional service. She upgraded my room with no problems. Even though I had a problem with a third party booking she handled it and upgraded the room and was calm. I will be staying here next time because of her!!!

Avoid like the plague! Seriously. This hotel is one step above a crack house and it’s not a huge step. This is the worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed in! Seriously! I’ve stayed in Motel 6s in at least 30 states… and this Motel 6 is the worst motel experience I’ve ever had… and I’ve been to hotels in third world countries! Dirty bed sheets. Bed bugs. No towels. Nasty… everything. Crack heads. Dilapidated Avoid this place! Motel 6… shut this place down! They are the terrible.

This place needs a negative 10 star option! I was horribly disgusted. I've stayed in some iffy places but this topped the cake by miles. The front desk lady was very nice at first but refused to give us our money back. When we got in the room it stunk so bad, the bathroom lights didn't work but I feel like that was for the best because when I used my flashlight to attempt to use the bathroom it looked like a crime scene. I was ready to leave at that point but it was late so we decided to stay and sleep and then leave early. There were a lot of random, iffy people around the place, lots of noise. We had our dog and I still didn't feel safe. We laid down on the bed (fully clothed because I didn't want to take my clothes off) and within minutes started getting very itchy and getting bites all over us. That was it. I got up and got my stuff and left. The front desk refused a refund. We went to the LA Quinta a block down and it was much better. Which was a good thing because that morning my son woke up with diarrhea and vomiting. He was completely fine before this horrible motel 6. I can only imagine what kind of diseases and grossness is in that place. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else... anywhere else. I think a gas station would be a better option at this point. And if you do decide to stay here and massive good luck to you!

The front desk person was super sweet, but the room was absolutely terrible. Not clean at all. Dirt all over the floor, weird drops of color all on the side of the bath tub, a nail in the curtain (not keeping it nailed at all just in there) the smoke detector is completely detached and hanging, hair EVERYWHERE, beds are NOT bolted down at all making them move just from sitting on them, and the room stinks so bad (Very musty) which can mean bedbugs, i didnt see any but please be careful.

Oh My God! I am in disbelief! I remember I'm growing up my parents always chose Motel 6 between Texas and Florida they were super nice then! This particular one in Lubbock Tx is crap! Sorry but it is! I have never in my life seen so many cops patrolling a motel! This place needs to be knocked down and rebuilt asap! It is trash! Good luck getting the room you reserved too, that ain't going to happen! In the back is where people live, travelers stay upfront. It's loud, and people walking through that place all night long!! I'm not staying there anymore for sure! It is downright disgusting!! I swear practically every single bathtub in that place is so nasty! And cigarette burns man! I don't know who trains house keeping but they need re training! I know people can't take care of nothing, they don't care! But dang it takes the cake! It's cheap it is but I mean, it blows me away! I'm lost for words! I did speak with the owner a couple of years ago guys he does not care period! He wants your money and does not care about you being there! So if you do stay be extremely careful!!

This is one of the nicer hotels in their chain. That is why I chose it during a family crisis. Too bad i can’t say the same about the management or the late night desk clerk. I made a reservation on their website for a room with a kitchen. When i arrived i was very rudely told that they were all dirty and had i used the RIGHT website, studio 6 it would not be a problem?! Today those kitchenettes are still on the main website and they will blame the customer for their screw up. Due to our family crisis I had no choice but to take a much smaller room. I requested a room with a microwave and fridge. My family member would be there for two days and needed to eat. She charged me the price that was in my reservation and claimed that because i made a reservation that was what i had to pay even though i was getting half the room. She failed to grasp the concept of less room is less money. It turns out his room didn’t even have a fridge or microwave!! When i complained i was told the same thing that ITS MY FAULT FOR NOT USING THE RIGHT WEBSITE?! Its all one property and nothing tells you this. Again i can repeat the reservation right now because nothing is fixed. They refunded me a whopping 10% which was ALMOST the difference in room prices that I should have been charged. Terrible customer service when they make mistakes and treat guests poorly.
