Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Odessa

I gave this hotel 5 stars because after 4 nights, it really was the most relaxed stay I’ve experienced during travel for work. The front desk upon arrival was very polite and it continued during my stay at all times. The room was clean and very comfortable. The small kitchenette was furnished with utensils for the stay. Very quiet hotel located about 5-11 minutes from anything that you may need. Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. Don’t let the road construction scare you, several options for avoiding it.

Misses the mark by a lot!||Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with this hotel.||I stayed here once before and decided to try one more time, well that was a mistake.||Stayed here for 4 nights in October 2024.||The positive:|- The 1 bedroom room is large and roomy||The negatives:|- No Maid service. They actually put a little card with your room key that says the maids work hard, they would appreciate tips. Well that is funny, I didn't get maid service.||- The water pressure is an absolute joke, because there is none. I had to take a shower twice as long, just to be able to rinse off.||- Air Conditioner does not blow cold air in main room.||- Hot water is luke warm, and not hot at all.||- I have to take out my own garbage|- I have to go ask for fresh towels|- 2 burnt out bulbs in the room, like seriously how hard is it to change a light bulb.|||So would I recommend anyone stay here, absolutely not !!!!|If you are looking for a 1 bedroom, I suggest the Home2.

During my stay at this hotel for the past four months, I have consistently experience a high level of service and quality. From the warm welcome provided by Toni, the front desk receptionist, to the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel room. I have been impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail. Toni consistently displayed respect and ensured that all my needs were met throughout my stay.

Stayed for a night and I thought it was a really good hotel. The rooms were really clean and smelled nice. The front dest worker was really sweet and helpful. I didn't get in the pool but I could see it from my room and I thought it looked clean and it wasn't busy at all. Overall, I would definitely stay at the hawthorn again!

Wonderful place to stay. The room was nice and clean. Check in and out was super easy. It was an easy to get to location.

I was skeptical at first and I usually go with my intuition and I should've listened to it. Our room was dirty, oil fingerprints on the light switches, hair everywhere including on the sheets, in the shower, on the wall of the shower, on the shower floor. We stayed for one night to attend my cousin's funeral. Today when we got back home I noticed my baby had bed bug bites all over him. We immediately put everything that we brought home in plastic bags while our washer was washing a load. I'm so angry right now. Not to mention our room key never worked, we ended up with 3 and they all stopped working. I would've given no stars but it won't let you.

My family and I stayed here and were so impressed by the niceness of this hotel. It was clean, beds were comfortable, service was great. Folgers coffee, Lipton tea, dove shower products, huge tv, no carpet in the rooms, breakfast served till 10!!! We will be back even though the location isn’t ideal for us.
