Executive Inn Odessa

Had an emergency regarding my pregnant spouse had to go to the hospital after only having been there for maybe five minutes. Went back to the hotel while she stayed at the hospital and asked if I could get a refund. I felt confident they would as accommodate me considering there was no turn down needed and the room was untouched. I was immediately and rudely told by the desk clerk that there was to be no such refund! Even a partial refund was completely out of the question. I attempted to explain the circumstances and how we needed the money but again I was met with a firm no. Even said I would have taken credit on another night. He said no. I disputed it on cash app but I guess I’ll accept never see that money again. If I could give less than one star I would. Absolutely trash service and the rooms, people, atmosphere, and even the snacks are all s#!+ quality and over priced. If you’re desperate you can probably find a drug dealer around there without much effort but even still I’d keep moving.

Booked a room called to ask a question about deposit. The woman hung up on me and continued to ignore the call when calling back. Will not be staying here. If you can not Susan English or understand the question you will not get my money. 02/15/25

This lady should be fired. I made a reservation for 1 night paid 70$ and came to check in. Got the receipt. Before leaving to go to my room she said no kids right? Which wasn't right because I had put 2 children on there when I checked in. She said no acception. I said well I'm not from Odessa I'm from Palestine and I just spent my last on the room. Can I get a refund? She immediately told me no. I proceeded to tell her what she was doing was wrong and I was either going in the room she assigned me or getting a refund she continued to argue with me. I said NVM I'll let the cops deal with it. I turned around to leave she yelled loud as hell give me my card back for the room, needless to say I didn't get my room or money back. Don't waste your time here. Small and ran down just like the lady at the front desk

When we arrived, our room had not been cleaned; we were given another room, but the deadbolt on that one's door was broken, one of the lights sparked while turned on, and the TV wouldn't turn off. Not super great. The bed was clean, though, and frankly it was a decent room for the price, or would be if the door was more secure.

I’ve stayed at thousands of hotels. Never said anything bad. This place is TERRIBLE. I hope the video of the AC post , rattles like someone is kicking the door every 15 minutes. It blows ZERO cold air. let you know it’s brutally HOT. I got bit by something I think it was an ant. TV terrible the remote won’t change the channel. Door doesn’t close. Fridge door doesn’t close. Spend the couple extra bucks, run away from here I booked 2 nights.

The owner was very rude. Yell at my daughter when she asked for towels then yelled at me when I went to find out what was going on. He even tried to kick us out after he more or less called us a lie about the towels and said that we had a complaint when we wasn't even there. Room has holes in the wall, the TV didn't work. The stay was overall very horrible.

Positive: The owner was very outgoing helpful and made us feel so welcomed Negative: No you get a well put together room for the price
