NillIf you are going to stay here, take note and really pay attention to the reviews. This hotel does not care about you as a customer. This hotel is still under renovation, and they will make you move rooms numerous times for the simplest thing, like needing to paint the bathtub when the bathtub is perfectly fine. Stay at your own risk. Rooms are ok, but the service and management get a ZERO.

NillYou're not staying or paying Cesar's palace in vegas dont act or expect such, staff is helpful, kind and quick to fix any issues or requests.price is acceptable. House keepers need to be way more quiet. Other then that, nice business and property owners.

NillIf I could leave a 0 star review I would. Service here sucks, rooms aren’t cleaned the way they should be (you can see peoples old boogers on the walls, covers and pillow covers) told guy at desk I was checking in Sunday and checking out the next Monday and 7 days passed and they came knocking at night saying I have to pay for another day because check out was Sunday and all I got was a shoulder shrug when I told him about the days I paid for. Service and quality of the rooms are trash

NillIt was a great stay! We stayed for a 3 month period. I was able to pay weekly. Extending past our original reservation was a breeze. -It is right off the highway, very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment. There is a train track nearby, but honestly, we weren't bothered by the sound of trains. -They were in the middle of upgrading several units. Ours had a fresh coat of paint. Our fridge and A/C were replaced with new units during our stay. The maintenance men were friendly and responded quickly when we needed something. -Viktor, at the front desk, was very accommodating, especially when we requested to switch to a larger room that became available. He walks around the property several times a day to keep an eye on things. There weren't people loitering, no vehicle break-ins, and it was very quiet. -Pets are allowed. -Mari, and the rest of the cleaning ladies were very nice and checked daily if we needed fresh towels, toilet paper, etc. If my kids were still asleep (they sleep in during the summer), and we didn't need sheets changed or new towels, I would just leave a note for them on the door and we would not be disturbed. Thank you all.

NillOne of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Floor was sticky, like they actually mopped it, but didn't run clean water over it. Pool has been filled in with cement. Train running by the hotel at all hours. No cups in the bathroom. No coffee. Bed was terrible, nothing like the nice looking bed on website. Add this to your list of places not to stay in Odessa, or frankly, anywhere.
