NillBad experience after checking in: the first room I received, the room had a couch which was completely uncovered and exposed. Then the second room I received had light bulbs burnt out and an order smell to it. The room was also in poor shape. There was grime building up at the bottom of the shower and the shelves in the bathroom had bubbled up and paint coming off; this was also where the towels were laying on top of. The beds were a little firm, but not as bad as most hotels, the pillows were good. The rooms were spacious and quiet so you could get a good nights sleep as well. . The hotel could use a lot of TLC as a whole. Breakfast was meh and cold when I grabbed any food, but there was fresh fruit that was in good shape.

★★★This place needs a good top to bottom clean. Door handles and light switches, walls, etc need some attention. The mugs and glasses in the room look like they had a quick rinse but not really clean. Dried coffee on coffee mug in cupboard. Sanitizer in gym is empty. Room smells stale and windows don’t open. ||The good: the staff are very sweet. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

NillEric was an absolute professional checking me in and throughout my stay. Really enjoyed our conversations and his suggestions for dining were spot on. The room was outstanding in every way as was the breakfast. Great work making this feel like a "red carpet" kind of place on a very economical budget. Anytime I'm in Odessa, I'll be staying here.

NillAlways stay here when we come up to visit my son & grandkids. Their suites are big with a kitchenette, bar to sit & eat, 2 tvs with a living room. Love the outdoor areas to bbq in the summer while the grandkids are in the pool & they also have outdoor sitting areas with tvs. The other side of the hotel has an outdoor fire place with a gazebo for the winter nights. The main lobby has 4 tvs with their own sitting area to sit their & converse. The staff is always friendly, rooms always clean & their breakfast is great. Highly recommend.

NillI am very disappointed with this hotel. There is no hand sanitizer in the dispensers in the eating area and weight room. There aren’t any disinfecting wipes in the weight room either. The two computers aren’t working and I was told they haven’t worked for two months due to lack of payment. I would not recommend this hotel!

★★I’m very dissatisfied. No hand sanitizer in the dispenser by the eating area and the weight room. No hand wipes in weight room to wipe down equipment. Neither of the computers work and was told they haven’t worked in two months! I would NOT recommend.

NillFor an older hotel, it's very clean. The rooms need some TLC with toilets, etc., but overall recommend. Staff is very friendly and actual brewed coffee was a heavy win in my book. They also welcomed my service animal, and that is everything to me! I'll be back!

NillDo you think companies today often try to do the bare minimum while charging the maximum, and then try extremely hard to avoid making things right? This hotel is different. Our stay here was genuinely the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Every employee and manager was an absolute pleasure to interact with. We had a few issues our first night here and the manager made sure to resolve them immediately. We arrived late at night and needed some extra linens and Vrisa at the front desk personally delivered them to us. This property is a little older than the hotels we usually stay at but because of the customer service and how kind the staff was here, our entire family will be at this hotel any time we stay in the Odessa/Midland area.
