★★★★★I’m going to give a 5 star because I know how important reviews are but just a couple of things . Front desk didn’t recognize me as a member or thank me for using a free night stay at their hotel . The water in our room 402 was like warm , tried to report to front desk but phone didn’t work ( couldn’t hear anything ) . The front desk gentleman apparently received the call. The front desk guy came up while I was going down to check on the water issue . My wife was in the room & said he banged loudly on the door & then practically called her a liar when she said the hot water wasn’t working .

★★★When choosing my hotel for this trip I was searching for a hotel with breakfast. This hotel came up. It was off the destination, but, looked like a nice hotel. When we woke up for breakfast we were informed it was NOT free as listed in my search. Other than this the property was clean & accommodating.

★★★★★Very nice staff and excellent hotel. The room was very clean and relaxing. The food was great! My kids loved the breakfast. The staff were very helpful with the kids and helped them when they need a toothbrush

NillI've stayed at a lot of holiday inns and this one is the worst. If your company is paying, they don't really honor your elite membership. The weekday bartender is amazing and friendly. Unfortunately, breakfast isn't free like most of them, but for the cost, it's the same as all the free ones. Ford three and four smell awful, and if staying for a while, it'll give you headachesand make you nauseous.

★★★★★Excellent experience. I stay here all of the time. The rooms are clean and quiet. The restaurant on the property is very convenient. Having 1 washer/dryer set on 2 of the four floors and the one on the third floor doesn’t usually work. This can cause the one on the second floor to sometimes be crowded.

★★★★AC is capped at 68. Won't go lower. There's an overhead fan, but is stuck on low bc the chord is an inch long on a high ceiling. The 3rd floor has a sewage smell. Ice machine is broken on that floor. The breakfast is 13$ but really isn't worth it. I only had one small plate of eggs and 2 pieces of bacon. That should be included in the price here, it's NOT an expensive spread. Coffee was creekwater. The blinds in my room were tattered. Overall it seemed clean. I wish they had small soaps instead of pumps. It made me feel gross

★Very disappointed in my stay. Elevator was down for the 2 days I was there. I was on the 3rd floor all the way on the opposite end of the stairwell. I stayed for 2 days if the elevator wasn’t going to be fixed immediately, it would have been courteous to make your customers aware so they can make arrangements accordingly. I would have booked elsewhere, or even suggested a sister facility if you wanted to keep my business. At the very least, as a IHG member, I hope to be compensated for this extreme inconvenience. If you want return business, a refund would suffice, even a partial refund.

★★It's the only option I got when staying down there been to a lot of holiday Inn but this one is horrible lots of potential though. For as much as we spend at this hotel a month there is no reason that they can't replace the coffee and water by the elevators maybe replace some of the beds that are sagging and fix the elevators so I'm not trapped in them or taking joy rode to flood i didn't select. Weekday Batesville as a cook are amazing though just wish the rest of the hotel was like them!
