Candlewood Suites Odessa - Midland, an IHG Hotel

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the pantry. Love the convenient location close to food places

I loved the way the room was laid out. Besides the maintenance issue that were not resolved, my only complaint would be that the pillows suck. They seem to be extremely flat and don't hold any shape whatsoever. I might as well put a sheet between my head and arm or bed. There was also a broken desk chair in the room with no backing and the fabric torn. Overall it would not have been a horrible stay had these minor things (maintenance issues, pillows, and the raggedy chair) been addressed.

I’ve had a great experience staying here. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen, which is a huge convenience. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute drive to the office. I also book multiple rooms for my employees, and they all enjoy staying here as well. The front desk staff, especially the lady who usually assists us, is always nice and extremely helpful whenever we need anything. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and personal stays

Hotel was very quiet, easy check in and checkout process, enrolled me to earn points since I wasn’t a member when I first got there. Would recommend this hotel to people stay for a while as they have a full size kitchen

"Our stay at [Hotel Name] was utterly disappointing. The room was noticeably dirty with stained sheets, the bathroom had a clogged drain, and the air conditioning barely worked. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns, . Avoid this hotel at all costs

The staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable, the staff was great, all the receptionists were very helpful and answered all of my questions. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable!

This place is great! The only down side is that the washers and dryers don't all work properly. Sam at the front desk has to be my favorite! She's very friendly and professional. We appreciate her very much! We get packages all the time and a few of the others have told my nope no package here (while it's literally infront of their faces) and sam flags me down when I walk in and says hey hun! You have a package here!!! Thank you sam! You are the best!

I love this hotel they’re flexible with check in so that’s works perfect for me since I come from out of town. Bed and pillows are super comfortable, and the area is perfect.
