Best Western Texas City I-45

The hotel was nice and clean as always. Danny and Ronnie helped us and both of them were very nice and accommodating. They helped my Aunt & I who are both hearing impaired and made us comfortable. The room was clean with clean linens. The breakfast was very nice, not overcrowded and had a decent selection. I travel a lot as a travel agent and would send my clients here in a heartbeat.

Excellent hotel! We stayed four days and I can’t say enough good about it! The rooms were spotless, the furniture was in perfect condition, fridge and microwave in the room was clean. Breakfast was well assembled, lots of variety! We didn’t use the pool but it was clean and inviting. The wash machine and dryer worked perfectly too! The staff were friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10! Great location too, easy to get to Galveston and Houston. Definitely will stay again!

The room was large & clean, the young men at the front desk were kind and friendly. There were adequate towels and washcloths. The bed was comfortable. The heater and air conditioner worked very well. The breakfast had several choices and the food was hot and fresh. It was very good! We would stay here again.

I have stayed here many times and always received great service and it's always been very clean. I'd like to mention Danny especially in this post. He has always gone out of his way to provide the best service and made us feel very welcomed. I hope to be back again soon.

Beware!!! The manager here is greedy! Upon arrival, our Expedia confirmation was denied and we were told the hotel was full. When expedia called the hotel (I was on hold with them and standing right there) the manager told them he didn’t have a room for us for the $96 confirmed booking, but did have a room for $200. Right there in from of me - he deleted our confirmed room and lied to make an extra $100!! DO NOT trust them!! Go next door for great customer service!

I checked in 3/7/25 and stayed for 6days and the service was 10/10! If you traveling to Texas City, Galveston, or just in general, this will be your perfect place to stay. I couldn’t get the desk clerk name but he was helpful went beyond my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back !

Stayed here for one night before boarding on a Carnival cruise. I spoke with 3 different people at the front desk and they were all very helpful and kind! Also, the location was great! Very close to lots of restaurants and a Walmart. Will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed here before going on a cruise. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was clean and stocked quickly. Ronni at the front desk was extremely helpful and so pleasant!
