Comfort Suites Tyler South

This is the best Comfort property that I've stayed at. The rooms are large as this is a suites property but so large! The staff was excellent - the woman who checked me in was courteous, prompt, efficient, friendly, helpful - all the things I want yet so often find lacking. The breakfast was standard fare but good and well-maintained. Bed was comfy, sofa was large, bathroom clean, and hot water plentiful. Stay here!!!

I really couldn't find anything wrong with the establishment. They were very accommodating when we needed a favor or two. Everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of things within walking distance. Nice breakfast choices. We really hated to leave. We will stay there again when we have to be in Tyler.

Damn, as a member, I was upgraded to their Presidental suite. They only have one for celebs and dignitaries. Very cool.

I was out searching for a hotel room around midnight a couple nights ago and everyone was full or reserved and I gladly found you guys!! Service was AMAZING for my family and I! Everything was very clean and the lobby smelled great and was freshly cleaned. I had trouble finding my room when I checked in around midnight but the desk person Shadae was kind enough to show me to my room, inform me about breakfast in the morning and offer her services throughout the night on several occasions. We need more great service like this! My family and I will for sure be returning! Thanks for everything!

Positive: "" Negative: It was dirty and we didn't even stay there. Lost my money even with insurance. Had good reviews online but not what we found when we got there. Even my daughter had a reservation there too and left. Went to another property.

I just love this place ❤️, stayed there many night when I had truck problems, the staff was awesome, very kind and friendly, always offered if I needed any assistance, very warm atmosphere, very clean u must add, rooms are very neat , smells good, floors awesome, breakfast awesome, location awesome, im awesome 😆 🤣 yep in that order hopefully this will earn me a free weeks stay 👀 lol
