NillWe stayed in ADA room 127. The room was a mess. There was powder all over the floor that had not been vacuumed, what appeared to be drugs in the bathroom sink, blood spatter on the curtains, feces on the wall, possible drug residue on the night stand, a greasy waxy substance all over the door. When I complained to the front desk clerk, she was nice enough to give me cleaning supplies so I could clean our room so it was safe to occupy. She did ask if we wanted to move into the room next door however, it was not ADA and would not be fully accessible to my disabled husband. When I reached out to the owner and sent them pictures, I asked for a refund they offered me a 10% discount on a future stay. I let them know that I would not be staying again and asked to at least be compensated for the 2 hours I spent cleaning. They have stopped replying to me. There is a gentleman desk clerk in the mornings and an older couple that stayed there let him know that their dog wet on the carpet and tile, and he said ok. When I went back out to the lobby 3 hours later, the dog urine was still visible on the tile so I let the current desk clerk know that the previous desk clerk ignored it. We will not be staying here again and will also make sure that all of our friends and family are warned of this place. 12/25/24-- I see your reply of your "sincere apology " but you stopped replying to me when I asked to either be reimbursed for the room or compensated for the hours that my daughter and I worked to clean the room. Your "sincere" apology falls flat, and your lack of response/follow through shows how little you truly care.

NillDecent room (although missing toolet role and needing cosmetic repairs) ocean view was a tiny sliver and mostly building. Got stuck next to a bunch of drunk parties who decided 2:00 am on was a great time to slam doors and have a party in hall. Hotel doesn't care...there's no security or way to get ahold of anyone at that time.

★★★★★Lots of positives. Good location close to the beach... clean, large room.... AC, microwave, and fridge worked fine. Lighting OK... nice vanity...and good shower. Great price and very helpful lady at the front desk who suggested a place to view the sunset and also to get some needed contact lens supplies. I think her name is Laura.

NillThis was the worst place to stay. The room was very small. It was dirty. The walls were torn up. The attendant was rood. No manager on the grounds. We walked out. He would not refund our money. We booked a room with a view we were told that is was pet friendly,but when we said we had our dogs he put us in a small room with no view and he charged full price. Terrible place don't give them your business.

NillUpdate 1/30/25: After the initial exchange the hotel stopped responding to my emails. This has not been resolved and I urge everyone to book elsewhere. Update 10/21/24: The credit card was unable to process the disputed charge. I've reached out to the hotel to request a refund, as they've said they will address my concerns, and will update this upon receiving a response. Don't stay here. This hotel should have zero stars. We arrived and checked in. We walked through the pool area when going to get our things out of the car and noticed that the space was very dark and the hot tub was out of service. I always plan on using the pool and hot tub but I wouldn't have used that space. Then we got into our room only to find out that there was NO SOAP provided in the room, and there were hairs all over the bedding. Additionally, it was a 1st floor room and the window was locked from opening all the way - good for security but concerning for my firefighter husband who was concerned with egress options. Additionally there was no screen on the window. We decided to check back out and stay with family in the area instead. While waiting for the front desk staff, another guest walked past, asked how our room was and whether we had soap - apparently no soap is standard. How clean can the rooms really be without soap? We checked back out. We had checked in 20 minutes earlier, which included time walking to and from our car and the night manager helping another desk. We basically walked into the room and back out again. The night manager was dealing with a double booking issue, and another guest was checking in and was going to take the room once the manager could get the key to the storage closet and remake the bedding (1. the guest had no where else to go as it was July 4th weekend, and 2. the night desk staff did not have a key to the supplies closet, so she had to wait for someone to bring it). The night manager had to call the owner, and he refused to give us a refund even though we weren't in the room longer than 5 minutes, and despite the fact that he would be rebooking the room. We're having to dispute the charge on our credit card. Apparently this hotel sold in late spring 2024 to a different owner. Most of the positive reviews you'll see are from the previous owner.

NillTV constantly kept switching to no signal and had to be changed back to HDMI 2, every few minutes. Indoor pool and hot tub advertised, it isn't open "the city closed the pool" the front desk told me. They charge the same when the amenities do not even work. They give you ice bags that do not fit the bucket. Downgraded my room from 3rd floor beach view king room, to 1st floor queen room, charged me the same amount. Room smells like dogs and pee. AC barely works and it's hot when the high today was only 64...... Will not be returning here. Do not recommend.

NillPossibly the worst place I have ever stayed in order a room threw price line with all the good stuff with a king bed when we got there to check in he couldn't find my reservation even after I showed him. He then charged me for 2 nights and had to send photo of my bank statement where I was charge also when he took the pet money for my Esa dogs he put the money in his pocket. This was the worst I have ever delt with he then asked me to wait 2 or 3 days with no guarantees that I would get it back.

NillI was double charged for the room and charged a $50 late check out when we checked out on time. Was told at the time all would be refunded within days. Months later and I’m completely ignored with 15 emails in and trying to call the hotel at least 50 times never a answer just rings and rings. Finally got through and was told manager was going to call the next day. Nothing. Beware
