I stayed here for my birthday and it was nice, suggest getting the jacuzzi tub room, you can watch the ducks/ geese on the marina, they have a restaurant in the hotel or you can go close by to many others, they hotel offers great amenities. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very welcoming.

We have been coming here occasionally for the past 4-5 years. Enjoy the hotel and staff, rooms clean, beds are comfy on the firm side and room was stocked with various amenities like wine and munchies. Ice freezer on every floor with prepackaged gallon bags so no elevator ride carrying that little bucket!||We have done the Spa which was nice, dined in and it was good, taken the river cruise once and just had nice evenings sitting out on our riverside balcony people and scenery watching. Within sight and walking distance to (I think) 4 different places to eat. We prefer LuLu Craft Kitchen. Less than 1/2 mile to Winco foods and other amenities.

The Lodge is a lovely property on the river at Columbia point, everyone is very welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and include robes and slippers. The Drumheller restaurant is a a good venue for a special dinner, menu has great variety from burgers to duck breast, Room service was prompt and plentiful portions. Try the pecan Carmel roll - it’s unique! We look forward to staying here again. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and helpful. The property is very well maintained.

I just returned home after spending 5 nights at the Lodge while visiting family for Christmas. It was a wonderful stay at a beautiful property. The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to from the freeway and most parts of the Tri-Cities. It is located on the Columbia River near the Marina. I had a beautiful king room facing the River on the second floor. The room was large with a fireplace and balcony. The bathroom was large with a wonderful walk in shower. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. I was traveling with a small dog and found a basket with two dog bowls, a towel, and sheet for the dog. My room was near the stairs so it was easy in and out with the dog. The staff was very helpful and friendly and always went out of their way to help. Due to weather and difficult travel over the passes, I had to checkout a day early. The hotel was nice enough to understand and refunded my final days rent and dog fee. They did not have to do it and it wasn’t expected but they were considerate enough to understand why I had to leave a day early. It’s these little things that make the Lodge an excellent place to stay while visiting the Tri Cities.

We found out about this fine establishment 3 years ago when we attended a conference nearby and have been coming back every year in the fall since that time. And this year, we brought our elderly mom. The rooms are just impeccably clean and huge. The fireplace adds a lot of ambiance to the room. We looked forward to the breakfast every morning. The yogurt parfait was out of this world. I think the granola must be made on site as it was just so fresh and delicious! The service can be slow at times when the place did not seem very busy but it was worth the wait nonetheless. The entire hotel is well maintained. Lobby is inviting and again, super clean and smells so good. The surrounding area is peaceful and a walk by the river is a must. This is a perfect place for a weekend get away from Seattle. The only feedback we have for the management is the housekeeping starts to line up in the hall around 7:30am and can be a tiny bit noisy. But the ladies are all quite lovely. We will keep coming back for sure.

My husband and I came for 5 days for a relaxing getaway. We could not have been happier with our stay. The room was clean, comfy and spacious. The fireplace was a lovely cozy touch. We were on the first floor, corner spot, which had a large patio overlooking the river. Great location. The onsite restaurant was delicious and convenient. We will be back.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was very nice and clean the Maintenance staff and Cleaning staff is very nice and polite. The robes in the rooms are amazing .There was a lady in the front with glasses on Saturday the 15th in the evening who was very kind and helpful. She even offered to make me a coffee after hours because I was cold. I wish I had asked her Name. I do have to say that the other staff members working in the front need some training from her on hospitality. Just a simple smile and eye contact goes the long way. When I went to check out the gentleman with black and gray hair, asked me what’s up as I walked up to the desk. What’s up? Excuse me I’m not your buddy . Some professional would be nice. I said I’m checking out . He said OK do you want a receipt or an email? Didn’t ask me If I enjoyed my stay. He handed me a receipt and didn’t even make eye contact and just went back to doing what he was doing on his computer. Horrible it made me so upset. I forgot that I wanted to buy some robes. It would’ve also been nice if he asked if I wanted them along with I hope you enjoyed your stay and that you come back.

I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel! We was driving through and a reservation at a different hotel was messed up, so I needed a place to stay. My family and I basically did a drive by and The Lodge At Columbia Point accommodated us all, with me needing a pet friendly room. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable for local events and attractions. The rooms are stunningly nice with everything that a traveller could need (and more!) with comfortable beds and luxurious walk-in showers. The balconies that overlook the Columbia River are very enjoyable. I would seriously like to come back to the area to explore more and when I do, this is where I'll be staying!
