NillWe are very happy with our King Deluxe room. Well maintained, comfy bed, clean, quiet, lovely view of the river, nice location walking distance to ski trails and town. Lots of pillows! We loved the pile of pillows😄. While there is no kitchenette(fridge microwave coffee only) we loved the counter space for fixing our own breakfast, lunch, snacks. This was a very comfortable place to stay for our midweek ski getaway.

★★★We stayed one night at the Hotel Rio Vista and were met by a very helpful and friendly desk person. She explained the hotel to us and gave us our keys. It was cold that day outside and the hallways leading to rooms are not heated so you need to be dressed for elements in the hotel itself however the rooms were cozy.||It's an older place located near the center of town and covers all the bases for a clean and comfortable hotel but at what seemed like a higher than average price. Pretty basic but unless you intend to spend an entire day in the hotel room it met our needs.||I would stay there again but would see if a better price was possible.

NillGreat hotel within waking distance of everything. Room was clean and quiet. Hot tub is by reservation and was a great way to wrap up our ski day before grabbing dinner.

NillThis hotel is beautiful! The rooms are filled with locally made wood pieces and each overlook the river. I do wish parking lot was laid out better but the low occupancy in the off season made this a non issue.

NillThe room was spacious, the bed very comfortable. It was spotless. The setting, right along the river, was delightfully relaxing and scenic. Everyone we encountered in the office was professional, friendly and helpful. We would most definitely stay here again!

NillWe enjoyed our stay immensely, the perfect spot for an amazing vacation. Great location not only to walk to the shops and restaurants but an amazing drive to North cascades national park. We were greeted each day with deer and fawns, ducks, cranes, osprey, and coyotes on occasion. The restaurants were great and loved the shops and art galleries. Don’t forget to take the short drive to Twisp as well. The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. We will be back.

NillWe stayed here 2 nights during our hikes in the North cascades. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved listening to the sound of the river in the early morning hours drinking our coffee.
