Holiday Inn Appleton by IHG

There are many good reasons to write a good review about this hotel. I would just like to point out that it is one of the cleanest if not cleanest pool and hot tub at a hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. It does not smell high of chlorine so you know the water is clean. Floor is very clean. Music is playing and it’s very relaxing. Good job to the service team all around.

5 stars. This is a newly remodeled and very clean hotel. Not to mention the restaurant is good and the bar has plenty of options. The best part of my stay however was the service! Carrie at the bar was quick and ready with refills, along with being extremely friendly. Emily ESPECIALLY was inviting and personable as I walked in. I was immediately greeted by Emily at the front desk while being checked in, and easily was able to reserve an early morning airport shuttle for the next day. She was very warm and welcoming, and I could not have asked for a better check in process. Thanks Emily, Carrie, and Holiday Inn Appleton, I had a fantastic stay! :)

The hotel was new so everything was top notch. Fluffy towels, comfortable mattress, quiet and clean. My favorite thing about the room was the darkening drapery. Wow, I’ve never slept better anywhere. The restaurant food quality was very good and service was prompt. The hotel staff overall was very accommodating. In fact, I arrived when the bar was closed and they still let me purchase a bottle of wine. That’s what I call customer service.

The Holiday Inn at Appleton was above and beyond all expectations. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. But Carrie at the hotel bar and Emily at the front desk will be the primary reason I will make this hotel my go to stay when I frequent the area for work. Carrie will make you feel welcomed, cared for, and special. What starts as a hotel bar quickly morphs into a place that is reminiscent of your favorite hometown watering hole. A special thank you to Carrie for making my week memorable. Emily is one of the kindest people I was fortunate to meet during my time in WI. Her smile reels you in and her personality keeps you there. You feel like a VIP guest under her care and I look forward to seeing her again during my next stay. These are just highlights, the entire team was warm, welcoming, inquisitive, and charming. They all provided top notch hospitality and a sincere thank you to the entire team. I have been to many IHG locations and this has been one of them that makes me feel like I’m at home! The stuff and service are perfect. Components to everyone and especially Emily! This was my 5th time staying at this location. Every time had been a wonderful experience! The hotel is so clean! The staff is always friendly and helpful with any needs. I love that the pillows are marked firm and soft. The beds are so comfortable! The full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap are a huge plus! This hotel also has destination chargers for my EV close to the front door with a lot of lighting so it’s also safe for a night arrival. Highly recommended this location!

Room was cozy and the couch was nice to have in the room. The bench was missing a leg cap and not usable as a chair. The cleaner working on the room across the hall from our room had the door wide open and her music on full blast. It would be nice if she would use earbuds and consider how loud her music is for guests still in their rooms.

Great room, very comfortable and soft bed/linens. Quiet and calm area. Staff was very friendly. Emily, the bartender, was awesome! She wrangled the many guests with skill and served well made drinks. Everyone had a fantastic time and she was a delight.
