NillI recently had a family member hospitalized at Froedert, finding a place for four adults to stay for many weeks during a stressful time is no easy feat but the TownePlace Suites in Brookfield (and the staff) delivered! Jennifer at the front desk helped us tremendously, we were able to get situated comfortably in a two bedroom suite that was exactly what we needed. The hotel is in very nice shape, clean, and comfortable. We sighed with relief when we walked in the door and eventually our room began to feel like home. We have absolutely zero complaints and cannot thank Jennifer and the rest of the staff enough for their hard work and pleasant assistance.

NillWe stayed for 2 weeks so I had plenty of time to find complaints 😂. The location is quiet and there must be great sound proofing between rooms because we didn’t hear anyone else. The pillows and bed were great. The room and facilities were super clean. The staff was so nice! Minor issue was addressed immediately. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options! Great coffee! I highly recommend this hotel!

NillLove the layout of the 2 bedroom suite. That was good. Room was clean, kitchen is a big plus. The down side was that we were in a room both next to the stairs and the elevator. I think the 2 rooms on that side of the building should be reduced. Because I am a light sleeper, I didn't get much sleep. Maybe they could figure out how to sound proof it better. My sister stayed on the oppiset end said she didn't have a problem. Unfortunately, my mom doesn't move too well, so it was easy for her, but the noise of the car doors shutting and the luggage rack being banged into the doors and it being the main entrance was less than disirable. Signage needs improvement as we went to the wrong building first. The construction crew was also staying there, parking wasn't terrible, but I imagine without them with the cones and bigger trucks would be allot nicer. Furniture needs some upgrading. Our armchair was definitely showing its age. My sisters couch smelt like a diesel mechanic. And their toilet was leaning. The beds are firmer than I like. I'm not a fan, but they were clean. The night clerk was amazingly nice. Every review I read was positive about her. I hope she gets paid well. Because she's amazing!

NillEnjoyed my stay. Front desk friendly and accommodating - both shifts. Breakfast just OK. Very reasonably priced room. Although the pet fee of $100 cost more than the room fee of $99. Was the dog renting the room and the hotel is "human friendly"? Great location to restaurants and shopping and a place to walk Fido.

NillThis is the most accommodating hotel I have ever stayed at. Robert the assistant manager cleared snow and ice off of all the windshields in the lot and help dig cars out of the snow. Sarah the front desk lady was the sweetest and most helpful ever. Cheryl and Robert were amazing as well. This was the nicest hospitality staff I’ve encountered. Not to mention the rest of the hotel is amazing, clean, safe , as well as the area. I would fully recommend you staying here.

NillI stayed here while traveling for work last Fall and brought my dog. This has to be one of the most dog friendly properties we have ever stayed at. The rooms and facilities were clean, the staff were kind and accommodating, and it was close to many shops/restaurants. Next time my employer sends me to the area, I will be staying at this location. Thank you for the doggie welcome gift!

NillSUPER dirty. I’ve stayed in some sketchy places but never this dirty. I couldn’t sleep through the night because of the smell. Also there was this huge weird bug, I think a water roach, on the wall the night we arrived. Staff is very friendly. There is a small full service kitchen, and full size soap, body wash, and conditioner which is always nice.
