I was in town for a funeral. The older lady at the front desk brighten my day. She was so kind and attentive. I stayed 4 nights. She remembered my name, and welcomed us in every night. You can tell she loves her job and takes pride in her customer service. The room was perfect. My view was some what golf and mostly freeway. I was on the 2nd floor. Was able to cook if I needed. The shower was amazing, and the room was very clean. When I walked in I could smell the cleaning products. My only complaint is the breakfast. 2 mornings in a row nothing was replenished. I came around 8am and everything was gone besides toast. even the coffee was empty.

I was not pleased with this hotel in the least. First of all, the water pressure in this hotel absolutely sucks! The temperature is fine, but without decent water pressure it takes forever to tske a shower and wash your hair and your body. I was very displeased about that, since it took me almoat half an hour to take a shower because of such low water pressure. Second, there was no dish soap (or pads) for the dishwasher. Having a dishwasher without any dish soap (or pads) is useless. That has always been provided by other Marriotts that have a kitchen and this one did not provide it, so I could not use the dishwasher. Third, I am a Marriott elite member and have always received a welcome gift at every other Marriott, which always included bottled water and sometimes other things like snacks. This Marriott does NOT give a welcome gift at all. When I asked the front desk for my welcome gift, she siad they only give points. The Marriott elite experience specifically says you will get a welcome gift AND 250 extra points. Here all you get is the points and no welcome gift. Fourth, the location is awful. There is no public transportation anywhere near here, so you better have your own vehicle (which I did, so that is just FYI for others) or plan on spending lots of $ on ride shares. This hotel is at the end of a very long desk end road (half a mile!) with lots of speed bumps. There are no restaurants anywhere near the hotel. The hotel is also right next to an extremely busy highway and sadly we were put in a room on the side near the highway. It was so loud it took me hours to get to sleep! The only decent thing about the room was that it was modern (not old) and it was clean. But I did not find the bed or the pillows to be comfortable, either, which also contributed to my lack of sleep. I expected more from a hotel with a high rating (it said 4.4). But I would not stay here again, as I have stayed in much better Marriotts that actually care about their elite members, give a welcome gift like they are supposed to, and have comfortable beds.

This place has been absolutely wonderful. Here unexpectedly and needed a place to stay for the NCAA tournament. Rates were very good given the craziness in the city. Service is fantastic, rooms are spacious and clean and have everything you could need, pool, laundry, breakfast - all of it was spotless, well taken care of, and great for our family. This is a great option for a great stay in a quiet area!

Nice hotel with good breakfast options. Called the front desk and they assisted right away with my questions. Very friendly staff and would stay here again. Beautiful property with a nice outdoor seating area.

When you drive onto the property, the 1st thing you'll notice is the well manicured lawns overlooking the golf course. Very peaceful, serene, and inviting atmosphere. A hotel suited for business travelers alike. Welcoming, friendly front desk followed by an effortless check-in/out. My request for the top floor was honored and hassle-free. I carry my own cleaning, sanitizing travel bag. So, for me to approve the cleanliness speaks volumes. Very, very clean. The room didn't have the old carpet hotel smell that gets in your clothes. The king suite features a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Separate relaxing area, bar stools, couch, full mirror, and work space. Very spacious and comfortable for a more lengthy stay. Smart App TV, plenty of outlets, and usb charging stations. Strong shower pressure, along with hot water that didn't turn cold after 2 mins. The bed was also super comfortable, not too soft or hard. Perfect. I didn't utilize all the amenities, but there is a laundry room with w/d, fitness room, pool, buffet breakfast, and charging connections for electric cars, to name a few. If I could change 1 thing would be a heated parking garage, but hey, I can't have it all! I definitely recommend for a clean, peaceful, safe, and enjoyable stay.

The rooms are well equipped for long stays. The problem we encountered is that the Residence Inn shares the bar/restaurant in their lobby with Courtyard so you might have a hockey team and parents take over this area with pizzas delivered and food brought in as well as end of season speeches by coaches and screaming kids. Just don’t count on having access to the bar/restaurant. Since this area is attached to the lobby, it changes the whole vibe.

This hotel is 10/10 for me. The service throughout the whole stay was great. I really want to highlight the women who run breakfast in the mornings. They’re so sweet and kept everything stocked at all times. They worked hard for the guest and I really want to just shout them out. The rooms were very clean. I always come into a room and wipe everything down with Clorox wipes. They aren’t even slightly dirty. Great hotel and I absolutely recommend for people with dogs and children.
