NillFront desk day and night was nice and helpful. Had breakfast in the morning, they had good selections. The elevators are slow. The common area was quiet and clean, had selection of bar games like Pool, Darts and air hockey. Due to the room being too warm for me and my family most likely would not come back.

NillStayed here this past weekend for a wedding. The location was perfect for where we had to go, as well as having plenty of restaurants and a mall near by. The service at the bar for the cocktail hour and normal hours was good. The selection for breakfast was good as well. The air conditioning was out for the entire hotel, which made for warm rooms and general areas. Something should have been done for guests staying there. Also the water was being turned off between 2-3pm today for maintenance. That's not acceptable either.

NillThe hotel has a gorgeous lobby, great lighting and comfortable seating. The bar at the center is a perfect chill spot and the bar bartender is friendly. The rest of the staff, on the other hand need some improvement. I didn't get a warm welcome checking in on Monday and even got a little attitude when asking to figure out the corporate payment information. Then later when trying to talk to someone else at the middle of the week again about the payment from corporate, still got a little attitude. Now the rooms... I was surprised that they are not as pretty as the lobby, they definitely don't match . The rooms need a little improvement, the bathrooms renovated and the furniture upgraded.

NillI wanted to give 1 star but since they at least responded back I am increasing to 3. However it ll be great if the feedback is acted upon. During my recent stay on 3-3-25 I had some issues. The bedroom temperature couldn’t be adjusted, even if I lowered the thermostat setting it was fixed at 73. The bath tub hot water was extremely mild, even in full hot setting. This was on the 1st floor I don’t know if rooms sizes are small or whatever, the bathroom was just too small. The brown stand where towels are kept was just a big space blocker. I stayed here last time 2 years ago in May 2023 (3rd floor I guess) and the experience was actually good. Not sure what changed between then and now, the experience was definitely not good. And lastly I also feel the rooms here could use some upgrades, could clearly see many instances where it feels old and ordinary.

NillRoom, food, cleanliness, environment was all great. Loved the place, I actually booked an extra day. But one of the ladies at the front desk must have been having a bad day because she was very rude and inconsiderate after my card was charged for an extra night (by accident of course) I was very understanding knowing mistakes happen. But when I requested to speak with the manager about the issue she lost all sense of customer service..didn't get her name but man she ruined the whole experience for me..I did speak with the manager and he did take care of the issue swiftly. I appreciate that.

★★★★★Stayed here a few times. Always a great experience. Close to highway. Great rates. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very nice and pleasant. Handled issues right then and there. Pool was on the cooler side but manageable. Main areas were on the warmer side could of been a little cooler. But overall Great stay.

★I am a very loyal Lifetime Hilton Diamond Member who has stayed at this property many times in the past. This was the worst experience I have ever encountered at any Hilton property around the world, and I stay in Hilton hotels several times per month. The quality of service at this hotel has declined significantly over the past year. My husband and I checked into this property for an 11 day stay on December 21. We had no housekeeping services until I requested a deep cleaning of our suite on December 26. The front desk agent reassured me that the cleaning would be completed while we were off-property on December 26.||When we returned to our room, no cleaning had been completed. I requested cleaning for the next four days, and they finally cleaned the suite the night before we checked out on December 31 after a fourth call to the front desk manager. The housekeeping manager and hotel manager had the audacity to claim that the room had been "previously serviced" despite us bringing our dirty towels to the laundry cart and grabbing clean towels from the housekeeping cart on 2-3 occasions. The trash containers were overflowing, so I also brought out our trash and requested clean garbage bags from a maintenance worker who was in our hallway. The furniture and surface counters in the suite were covered with debris and sticky substances, and the bathroom mirror was covered with debris. After the last alleged "servicing" of our suite, dirty towels were on the bathroom floor and the trash containers had no liners in them. I had antibacterial wipes with me, and ended up wiping down the counters on my own.||I have never been a picky customer, but this was a completely unacceptable infection control concern. The lack of deep cleaning between customers and during long-term stays is clearly deficient. Clearly, they have a lack of adequate and well-trained housekeeping personnel at this property, not to mention, poor management. I should mention that the hotel team actually told us that the hotel had "very low occupancy" during our 11-day stay, so I cannot imagine how they function during high-occupancy periods.||Following my third call to complain about a lack of servicing. the on-duty manager called me at almost 9 pm to offer me a "free dinner" that evening. I politely told her that I had finished my dinner at 6 pm that evening. She also informed me that since part of my stay was booked through Hilton Honors and part of the stay was booked on the American Airlines Advantage Hotel Program, she could not give me any additional points or financial credit for my stay...........................I am a loyal LIFETIME Hilton Diamond Honors Member, so I wonder how they treat other paying customers. WE will never stay at this property again.

NillFirst off, I contacted the hotel in person, then via email. No response, so now for the poor Google review. We had a pretty terrible experience during our stay. First of all, the hotel was packed with families and so many children. We understand that this is the intention and hope of the company, but it was hard for us to even get an elevator or a table in the lobby. The line was so long and slow during happy hour, that we ended up leaving. While having a full house is the purpose and intent of Embassy Suites, and the Hilton Brand, it makes it difficult for customers to have a pleasant experience during these booked weekends. But I understand that all of the above is beyond your control. The worst problem we experienced was with the room itself. We were given room 447. We arrived between 7:30-8:30PM, at which time, we just took our luggage to the room, but immediately left, as we had evening plans. I came back to the room around 10:30PM. The room was blazing hot! The l/r thermostat had a sticker on it that lead me to believe it was inaccessible, so I adjusted the bdrm thermostat from 80 degrees, down to 60 degrees, but the temperature continued rising all night. I changed it from auto to heat to fan, and even to off but the temperature kept rising to 90 degrees. I believe that is as high as the thermostat would even register. When my partner returned to the room, he was stifled by the heat. He called the front desk, but the call was never answered, so he went down to speak with someone in person. He was told we could not switch room because the hotel was fully booked, but he returned with a nice gentleman in a security jacket. The “security” person brought a box fan and had a special key to open the window and he attempted to adjust both thermostats. Please remember that this was in the middle of the night, so I was in a state of dress (or undress as I had been peeling off articles of clothing due to the sweltering heat). So, we finally fell asleep around 5:30AM, at which point the sun was starting to rise, which also interrupted our sleep as the security person opened the curtains in order to let the window air flow in and circulate. I was shaking and trembling with heat and sweat, I got little to no sleep, and I felt nauseous for two days afterward. When we checked out, I was too nauseous, sick and frustrated to chat, so my partner talked to the check out staff when we departed. He told me they offered 5000 points or $20 off. He took the points as he was unaware of which was the better value. I personally do not find to be the best solution. I am very disappointed that after being left in a room that was hades hot, causing me to get sick, that 5000 or $20 off the stay is an acceptable solution. I have been a Hilton member for years, and generally love the Embassy Suites, but I will never stay at this one again. As it stands, I am still sick. I’ve literally never had a worse hotel stay. This was the 2nd weekend of March 2025, and the outside temps were in the 40's and 50's, so it wasn't super hot outside. I'm most disappointed that no one ever contacted me afterward to have a discussion. Terrible stay and I will NEVER go back.
