Candlewood Suites Eau Claire I-94 by IHG

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at your location. The rooms and check in was great! Enjoyed the room and used it to the full advantage. Was able to plan meals and use everything that the room had to offer. I also enjoyed the fitness center that had a lot to offer. The staff member Luisa was very helpful during our stay. She made the stay very enjoyable and when we brought down used towels she was very helpful in getting us new ones. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

As a family very much enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The room was wonderful. When going into our room it was very open, bathroom to us was big and overall the whole room was nice to move around with. First time using a hotel that has a kitchen that supplied the appliances that could make our meals. This saved us from eating out. Enjoyed our meals there in the room. We used the fitness center that was located in the hotel. Can say it is nice having that with equipment working and a nice selection of hand weights/ upper body equipment. Really do appreciate that. When first checking in we mainly dealt with Luisa during most of our stay. In the evenings she would be the one that would help in picking up new towels for the next day. Would drop off what we would use and she would automatically get us a new set. She knew what we needed. That was very nice. She was very pleasant throughout our whole stay. The location of the hotel was to us in a quite location considering when looking at the map would think it would be busy but it wasn't . When in our rooms didn't hear anything from the hallways or any other room. The rooms and the whole hotel was very neat and clean . Will plan on staying there in the future. My room at Candlewood was exceptionally clean, which is a high priority for me. I can't say I always see this level of cleanliness at other hotels that I have used. The Candlewood was quiet, the staff were friendly, the location was convenient, and the amenities, including the in-room kitchenette, downstairs gym, and on-site mini market, were perfect for my needs. I would pick this hotel again and I would recommend this stay to others.

I loved everything about this place, except the bed. The room was well equipped to provide most comforts of home- a space to work, a space to cook and eat, a nice bathroom with walk in shower, and recliner, and a bed. The whole place is modern and clean, but also comfortable and homey. It's close to the freeway, so there was some ambient noise, but you couldn't even hear it with the TV or the fan on. The coffee was delicious. The toiletries were all Dove products. Literally the only thing I wasn't impressed with was that the bed was too firm for me, personally.

I've stayed multiple times at this hotel so I'm just going to copy my previous review that I thoughtfully wrote: From a family with young children with a dog, we really appreciated the stay. They don't use a nasty pack'n'play like most hotels, but they have a metal collapsable crib that rolls and very convenient. We really appreciated the kitchen provided, along with all the necessary cooking accessories. Even provided salt and pepper! They even have a dish washer!!!!!! We were very impressed.

This hotel offers amazing service. Jasmine, who works at the front desk, was very accommodating. My husband arrived early for a work trip, and she made sure that his room was the first one ready that day.

We had decided to spend a few days with family in Iowa. We had stopped at the Mall of America on the way back home to Door County Wisconsin. After spending an anxiety filled day in Minnesota we had not wanted to travel the almost six hours drive back home to Wisconsin. | My wife had stumbled across the Candlewood Suites in Eau Claire. The price was right and it was right off the main highway to home. Upon checking in we were greeted by Louisa at the front desk. She was very knowledgeable of the hotel, and answered all of our questions with a smile. Our room was very easy to find on the second floor. The room was very clean. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable. The bathroom comes equipped with Dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The room also featured a full refrigerator. Ice cube maker in the freezer. It also has a stovetop for cooking. Along with pots and pans as well. We take a vacation once a year; generally around Thanksgiving. But we were both so impressed by this property, that we booked a second day. Having down time in a clean room is a must for us. Candlewood definitely came through. If your travelling for business or pleasure; and need a nice place to stay at a nice price. This should be on the top of your checklist. Thanks Louisa again for all your help and understanding. We will most certainly be back the next time we are in the Eau Claire area !!!

Everything about the stay was amazing! The room was clean and offered every amenity, it was pet friendly, affordable, and just a really awesome experience. There were times certain channels didn't come in well, but really enjoyed our stay
