Super 8 by Wyndham Eau Claire I-94

This hotel was in a horrible location. The front desk person could hardly understand us and we could hardly understand him. We had to use google translate to speak with him. The first room they put us in was colder than cold and wouldn’t warm up even with the heat on. Also the door didn’t have a chain on it. Our tv didn’t work it would cut in and out and the WiFi wouldn’t work The second night we were there they switched us rooms and it was okay because it had carpet but it had an ant problem. Went to go use the bathroom about 830 almost 9 pm and there was a congregation of ants on the bathroom floor. The breakfast provided was slim to nothing and I will never stay here again.

Positive: that we left 5 minutes after arriving and stayed at a different hotel up the road. Negative: The area was sketchy, and my wife was worried that the car would not be there in the morning. The room was cold, and the toilet seat had only one bolt holding it in place. We left immediately and went to a different hotel.

I made a mistake staying here. This hotel needs updated badly. The employees hard hard to understand due to their accents and get frustrated when you ask them to repeat themselves. Their breakfast is kind of a joke. They offer Waffles or cereal.

I stayed this location a few times and the staff is always nice and friendly the rooms are clean and make you feel more comfortable, the room was spacious enough with all the amenities.also it's conveniently located to all places i strongly recommend this super 8

The manager hit on me the first night tried to push his way in my room.. when I said no he made the next 2 weeks the most horrible experience I ever had . Do not emrecamend it for a female to stay there alone .

This motel pleasently surprised us with it's charming ambiance and exceptional comfort. Often underrated this hidden gem offers a peaceful retreat. The staff went above and beyond to ensure and welcome Greeting with us with warm smiles and helpful advice. The room itself was impeccably clean and a provide an haven of comfort with a bed that felt like fluffy cloud they provided all the amenities, while not lavish the breakfast provided the perfect start to our day and was included in the affordable price. Super 8 exceeded our expectations in every aspect offering a budget friendly stay without compromising on comfort or hospitality. It's a true gem that deserves recognition for it's exceptional offerings

The guy at the front desk barely spoke. When he did it was difficult to understand him. We were there January 30th, in Wisconsin. Our room had no heat. I know we won't be back.
